Te Apiti Windfarm
Riding The Saddle. This road runs from Woodville in Wairarapa to Ashhurst in Manawutu. It is often used as an alternative route when the Manawatu Gorge is closed. Currently being upgraded with improved surface and gentler curves. Eastern side is largely complete but Western side still yet to be finished (as at Feb 2016)
