I visited the Bodywise Clinic around 20 times, over a period of a year or so, to get treatment for a number of soft tissue injuries. Every time, I was made to feel very welcome and received highly professional treatment from people that seem to care about their clients.
I recommend the deep-tissue and the dry needling treatments for muscle pain and soreness. Works wonders. ~ Keith, November 2017

Dublin Brothel Pickets - Stigma is Not the Solution
In the summer of 2017, some Dublin inner city residents have protested outside of massage parlours, with the intent to close them down and be moved elsewhere.
This video gives an overview of the situation. Sex work is much misunderstood, and picketing sex workers only pushes them further into the shadows.

Hijama cupping therapy Dublin clinic
The prime target of Hijama is always the immune system and removal of inflammation, bad energies, gases, fatigue and stress, regardless what diseases might need to be targeted. May it be detoxification, gastric disorders, muscular pain, aches, migraines, gout. Unless a person's immune system is not boosted, and anxiety stress and fatigue is addressed, there isn't much to expect in terms of positive results.
There are ways to contain your stress, anxiety & depression, the best is the one given by our Holy Prophet PBUH. Use barley porridge in milk with honey in your breakfast, also known as talbinah.

Which Massage is best for me?
Do you simply want a massage for relaxation and stress control? Or do you need symptom relief or help with a certain health condition?
Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff trouble spots in your body. The massage therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage can be quite therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries.
Hot Stone Massage
Pleasantly warmed stones are placed on specific areas of the body, such as acupressure points. The stones may be used as massage tools or be temporarily left in place. Used along with other massage techniques, hot stones can be quite soothing and relaxing as they transmit heat deep into the body.
Reflexology uses hand, thumb, and finger techniques to stimulate certain areas of the feet. These areas are believed to correspond to different parts of the body. The massage, then, is expected to promote health and well-being.

The Toxic Office - How To Make Your Workplace Healthier [Beat Sick Building Syndrome]
Believe it or not, sick buildings are a thing. Ever heard of Sick Building Syndrome (SBS)? SBS is a condition that generally affects office workers and is attributed to unhealthy work environments.
Read More Here: ???? ????
The buildings that we live and work in, but in particular work in, often make us ill. The effects are not necessarily pervasive, do not appear rapidly, and most people will never associate their health problems with their workplace.
Scientists have published many studies on the health implications for workers that spend their days in buildings with problems such as poor ventilation, damp or dusty air, and poor lighting.
