This is my first trip out with my Carer 'James', I took some photos and videos of my day out.

Friday 28th February 2014 at half past 12 in the afternoon. Some shots I made dark on purpose for a creepy effect.

the videos where taken at 1920x1080 @ 30 and 60 fps (frame rates)
in some videos and pictures (I used a photo feature called HDR) which stands for high dynamic range lighting (and makes light sources look very cool, especially in video clips.

The kitchen is run by Chef Kodchaporn Phoklang who has worked in Thai restaurants in Birmingham, Bournemouth and Sandbanks.

Prior to this she was front of house manager in large restaurants in Bangkok.

Filmed on a very hot summers day in England. (we do get them)
