Morrissey was in very good spirits and chatted quite a bit with the audience. Barriers made it near impossible for fans to climb on stage and Morrissey apologised at some point about it: I'm sorry about the barriers, but they have to be there.....they just have to! Still, one fan managed to reach Morrissey and temporarily interrupt him during November Spawned A Monster.
For the first time since the beginning of the tour the setlist was significantly scrambled. Only the first few and last few songs remained in their positions. In the process Roy's Keen was replaced by its album-mate Alma Matters.
Coming on stage, Morrissey introduced himself with Hello Liverpool... welcome to Cecil night... (undecipherable)... my name is Cecil... After a rapturously received The Boy Racer he said So nice to see you... so glad you came, and... over the loud audience. After Billy Budd he replied to questions shouted to him with Now? When?. Is It Really So Strange? was humourously introduced as ...a cover version, it's a song which is written and recorded by the group Gene...
After Hairdresser On Fire Morrissey said I'd like to say (hello?) to all the rough men and women from Manchester (crowd cheers) oh I see you're all from Manchester! (crowd cheers and boos)... England needs you.... After Tomorrow people were shouting his name and this prompted Morrissey to joke I'm singing as fast as I can... After the next song he continued on the same subject: Can't sing any faster! I'll try though... I also haven't been heckled yet which is... not very unusual... He actually replied to some heckling at some point with the comment You wouldn't say that to Sir Harry Secombe...or would you?
At some point Morrissey joked Yes I know, it's just something I have to live with....I am a sex symbol In November Spawned A Monster he sang the slightly changed I'm just so ugly, I'm so ugly. He adapted a line in Reader Meet Author to Liverpool by mentioning one of its suburbs: Have you ever escaped from an Ormskirk life. Before going into Meat Is Murder Morrissey mentioned something on the news and made this into a speech about animal cruelty and eating animals.

A Touch of Class - Fawlty Towers - 2014 KHS Fall Play (#1 of 3)
A Touch of Class - Fawlty Towers - 2014 KHS Fall Play (#1 of 3)
Under the direction of Marc Nelson, the KHS Theater Department will be presented Fawlty Towers on Saturday, November 1st at 7:00pm and again on Sunday, November 2nd at 2:00pm.
Fawlty Towers is based on the BBC television sitcom that was first broadcast on BBC2 in 1975 and 1979. Twelve episodes were made (two series, each of six episodes). The show was written by John Cleese and his then-wife Connie Booth, both of whom also starred in the show.
The series is set in Fawlty Towers, a fictional hotel in the seaside town of Torquay, on the English Riviera. The plots centre around tense, rude and put-upon owner Basil Fawlty, his bossy wife Sybil, comparatively normal chambermaid Polly, and hapless Spanish waiter Manuel, showing their attempts to run the hotel amidst farcical situations and an array of demanding and eccentric guests.
In a list drawn up by the British Film Institute in 2000, voted by industry professionals, Fawlty Towers was named the best British television series of all time.

Show Notes:
Mike rapped his verse from 'Bloc Party' over the intro of 'Points Of Authority'.
Mike, like previous times before, continued the 'Shadow Of The Day' strings on top of the 'Crawling' intro. However, this time, he continued them throughout the entire intro, which was the first time he had done that.
Chester went into the crowd on 'Crawling'.
Mike went into the crowd on 'A Place For My Head'.
For the second encore, Jay-Z came out and they performed half of 'Numb/Encore' and all of 'Jigga What/Faint'. This was the first performance of any Collision Course song since Live 8 in 2005.
Other Notes:
The show was sold out and featured 360 degree seating.
