TAIWAN V.6: December 28, 2016
Day 6 was spent traveling from Sun Moon Lake back to Taipei, where we stop for lunch at Sad Super Hot Noodles, and visit the National Palace Museum. From there we head to Beitou Hot Springs.
We tour the Beitou Hot Springs museum, and walk to Thermal Valley where we see thermal stuff.
From Beitou Hot Springs, we go to the TAIPEI GRAND HOTEL!!!!!
We check in and then tour our hotel room for the night. We are both very excited, and Kelly says Oh my gosh way too many times.
We end the night at Shilin Night market where we meet up with our teammate/friend Brandon, and his friend Jack who is visiting from America.
We eat fried shrimp with cheese, sourdough salt bread, fried chicken, cheesy bread, and drink taro milk tea.
Once again, we don't end the vlog, BUT IT'S STILL A GOOD TIME. Don't hate us.
Thanks for sticking around!

DAY FOUR: ONE DAY TRIP TO GRAND HOTEL, TAMSUI FISHERMANS WHARF, SHILIN NIGHT MARKET TAIWAN VLOG
Hey everyone,
I'm back from my Asia trip but I can't wait to share all the things I've checked out this trip! I'm slowly working on the rest of the videos so thank you so much for being so patient with me! SO for Day 4, we hired a private driver again. He drove us to multiple spots that I personally think is LESS popular. It was definitely not as exciting as DAY 3. Also the underground tunnel at the Grand Hotel was DEFINITELY not worth it. Would not recommend wasting time on that tour. The tour is in FULL mandarin so it won't be suitable for all travellers. Anyways, hope you all enjoy this vlog nonetheless!

Taipei, Taiwan Hotel Review: Shilin District - Hello Taipei Guesthouse
We recently traveled to Taipei, Taiwan for 2 days on a 16 day trip traveling Asia. Hello Taipei Guesthouse is the first hotel we stayed in on our trip. Unfortunately they didn't have wifi in this hotel and the rooms smelled quite musty. I honestly would not recommend this hotel. But we were in the Shilin district and only 30 seconds from the Shilin Night Market! So if you can find a better hotel in Shilin District in Taipei Taiwan it's a great location to be and it's close to the metro!

✅ Travel tip to TAIWAN ????????
-PHP TO NTD
-Best tour guide
(See my post at DIY Travel Philippines)
Struggling on what is the best option to exchange your Philippine Peso to Taiwan dollar? Let me share this to all of you.
Use your ATM “Mastercard” to withdraw your cash. Before kami magtravel, tumawag na din ako sa BPI for activation but since mastercard na no need na pala to call for activation ng international use. You can withdraw on taiwan atm machines basta may nakalagay na bancnet or EPS. Call your bank before travel para iconfirm kung how much talaga ang magiging service charge.
For us this is the easiest and fastiest option para mapalitan yung peso mo to ntd.
For those who are traveling to Taiwan i think this will help you a lot. ❤️
Looking for tour guide? Just message kuya John Rodyl Lim. He’s a Filipino and a taiwanese citizen at the same time. More OOTD keri lang ❤️
Before travel niyo he make sure na all set na ang itinerary niyo and the best thing is hindi niya nirerequire na mag downpayment kayo for his tour. ????

Today's Wanders: Taiwan 2019 Day 3 | National Palace Museum, Taipei 101 | Alex Simeon
Day 3 of our Taiwan trip comprised of our City Tour. we availed of the Hop On Hop Off Bus through Klook and it took us to places such as the National Palace Museum, the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall and Taipei 101 to name a few. we also saw some sights along the way like the Grand Hotel which was a stop on the Hop On Hop Off Line. it was definitely a great way to get around the city's attractions and tourist destinations. it was always on time or at least up to 5 mins late which makes it so convenient and there's always a bus every 30-40 mins. we ended our day at Taipei 101 with our Priority Pass so we didn't have to line up (and the line was long when we went). also an insane elevator ride like it takes less than a minute to get up and get down Taipei 101. then had dinner and went back to our hotel. stay tuned for the last video from this trip! :( up next: Ximending and the foggy journey

I had the opportunity to visit Taiwan for a week. Marking the second country in Asia I've been to. I've been living in Japan for a year now and will be posting more adventure vlogs about that soon. This first part of my Taiwan series is located in Wulai, a quaint valley village outside of Taipei about 40 minutes. We collaborated with some local businesses:

So go to the end of the old street past the wild boar sausage stand, you'll see a bridge crossing the river on the right, go over that and take a left, you'll see a mural of deer on the wall to the right and the Fish Spa is across from that - the sign is small but the downstairs sells icecream/ice treats.
Things I ate were all tasty, but as you can see some, harder to chew than others.
