Scotland's Islands
Check your local public television station for this Rick Steves’ Europe episode or watch it on We'll begin on the tranquil Isle of Iona, where Christianity first reached the shores of Scotland. Then we'll visit another of the Inner Hebrides, road-tripping across the Isle of Skye, where we'll explore Iron Age forts, peat fields, a venerable distillery, thatched crofter huts, and the dramatic Trotternish Peninsula. Finally, we'll sail to Orkney — more Nordic than Celtic — with its stony remnants of a thriving Iron Age civilization and evocative reminders of the 20th-century wartime harbor at Scapa Flow.

UNBOUND with Nicola Humber and Iona Russell
In this episode of UNBOUND, I'm joined by Happiness and Soul Fulfilment Coach, Iona Russell.
During our conversation Iona shares:
* How growing up in a Buddhist community with hippie parents led her to rebelling in unexpected ways.
* The (quite literal!) wake-up call she experienced when she was 42 and the tool she turned to that helped change her life.
* How her 21-year old self reminded her that writing a book was the dream she'd forgotten she had.
Take a look and comment below with your biggest takeaway from my conversation with Iona.

????????ACAPULCO | MEXICO'S Most DANGEROUS CITY? | FIRST IMPRESSIONS | Acapulco Part 1
Please watch: ???????? Is HONG KONG SAFE for TOURISTS? | 2019 HONG KONG PROTESTS | MY EXPERIENCE (with subtitles)
--~--
ACAPULCO, MEXICO - Hola amigos and welcome back! I'm taking a break from life in Mexico and I've headed to Acapulco, Guerrero on the south coast of Mexico for an actual vacation to celebrate 10,000 subscribers, one year in Mexico and most of all, my 37th birthday!
This video is a brief overview of my FIRST IMPRESSIONS of Acapulco after a couple of days of being there. It is not a comprehensive guide to Acapulco, so before you leave any retarded comments such as But you just walked down a street and left, or But you didn't do this/go there - this is the FIRST video of a series of videos in Acapulco so there will be more to come! Comprende?
Acapulco is often considered as one of the most dangerous cities in the world and the most dangerous city in Mexico, with tourists discouraged from visiting due to rising crime levels over the last decade. But let's see for ourselves shall we!
Coming up are videos from the Zocalo area some local seafood, La Laja and more! Don't expect typical tourist activities like boat trips and diving, that's not what I'm here for.

Twenty-five percent of the residents of Rio de Janeiro live in informal communities called favelas. Not fully slums but not fully integrated into the city either, these favelas are home to both horrific gang violence and some of the most creative and resourceful people in Rio.

????????MOUTHWATERING Meat Sandwich in MONTREAL, CANADA! | Saint Laurent STREET ART | SCHWARTZ'S DELI
Please watch: ???????? Is HONG KONG SAFE for TOURISTS? | 2019 HONG KONG PROTESTS | MY EXPERIENCE (with subtitles)
--~--
Welcome back to Montreal, Canada! In this vide we're checking out some more things to do in Montreal from Boulevard Saint Laurent's Street Art, a walk through Mile End (Jewish Area) and a trip to the famous Schwartz's Deli, famous for it's Montreal style meat sandwiches (among other dishes). Check below for some more info on the contents of this video!
????????Montreal Street Art -
????????Since the 1980s Mile End has been known for its culture as an artistic neighbourhood, home to artists, musicians, writers, and filmmakers such as Arcade Fire, Adam Gollner, Bran Van 3000, Ariane Moffatt, Grimes, Sean Michaels and Plants and Animals, etc. Many art galleries, designers' workshops, boutiques and cafés are found in the neighbourhood, which have played a large role in Mile End being included on numerous lists outlining the world's most cool and unique neighbourhoods.[1] The comic book company Drawn & Quarterly was founded in the Mile End in 1989, and in 2007 opened up a flagship store on Bernard that is now regarded as the literary hub of the neighbourhood. In 1993 a former Anglican church (south of St. Viateur on Park Ave.) was transformed into the Mile End Library. This opened the door for a community artistic movement that first hosted exhibitions from Images de Femmes in 1994–present, and later a variety of other exhibits.
????????Schwartz's (source - Wikipedia) (French: Chez Schwartz), also known as the Montreal Hebrew Delicatessen (French: Charcuterie Hebraique de Montréal, Inc.), is a delicatessen restaurant and take-out, located at 3895 Saint-Laurent Boulevard in Montreal, Quebec. It was established in 1928 by Reuben Schwartz, a Jewish immigrant from Romania.[1] It is kosher style rather than kosher.[2] Its long popularity has led to it being considered a cultural institution of Montreal.
The staff of Schwartz's credits the unique flavour of their smoked meat to their mandatory 10-day meat curing time, the high turnover of their meat, and their brick smoke-house covered with over 80 years' worth of buildup
