The Plant Rooms | Curiosity Awaits Beneath The Botanist Birmingham
The 18th century, a time of global exploration, where world travellers discovered vast collections of unique and exotic species of plants and flowers from all corners of the globe. Such novelties aroused interest among well-to-do middle-class citizens, that botanical and horticultural societies were set up all over the country, with Birmingham’s society founded in 1829. Legend has it rare collections were housed in a undisclosed part of the city, a secret garden, or even a plant room, remaining forgotten…until now.

Lyrics
All you want is to say goodbye
But she won’t let you go without your pride
And when you leave her you miss her smile
Cause where you belong is where you best survive
It’s just you and your city
And the city she loves you
She’s the one that keeps you so busy
She’s the one who’s always there
It’s just you and your city
And the city she owns you
She just makes you feel so greedy
For your last minute escape
So mother don’t cry
You know I will stop by
One year at a time
You know I will stop by
Mother don’t cry
When the thunder strikes the town turn off the lights
Mother is crying don’t you wonder why?
From the underground I feel her vibe
Mother I know I have no place to hide
It’s just you and your city
And the city she’s just like you
She wants you to keep her busy
She wants you to be there
It’s just you and your city
And the city she knows you
She just couldn’t be more pretty
She will never miss a day
I’ll find the strength to dare
Stop acting like I don’t care
The city lights won’t shine until you’ll tell me to stay
So mother don’t cry
You know I will stop by
One year at a time
You know I will stop by
So mother don’t cry
You know I will stop by
One year at a time
I’ll come by your side
So mother don’t cry
You know I will stop by
Mother don’t cry

Woman trapped in window trying to retrieve poo after Tinder date - BBC News
A woman who threw her poo out of her date's toilet window because it would not flush had to be rescued after she got stuck trying to retrieve it.
The amateur gymnast was on a first date with Bristol student Liam Smith when she panicked and threw the faeces out of the window.
It did not land in the garden, but became wedged between two non-opening windows.
After climbing in head first after it, she became wedged.
Mr Smith had to call the fire service for help.
