Would you believe I have never been to any kind of bikers meet up....when one of my subscribers alerted me to a meeting happenning at a pub just down the road from me (The Plough at Cadsden near Great Missenden) I thought I owed it to myself to go and see what goes on at these things and great fun was had. It won't be the last bike meeting I go to!!

The Gunpowder Park, Enfield / Waltham Abbey
This video is taken at the Enfield Gunpowder Park.
The Gunpowder Park is a recreational ground formally used as part of the Gunpowder Mills for munitions for over 300 years. There are watch posts now used a bat sanctuaries located around the park. It is now the subject of investment with decked out marshes and hides making a worthwhile which my wife, kids and I can attest too as we often visit and have made this home video to share using a DJI Inspire 1.
We can get from Enfield Island Village to Chingford, The Plough and Bakers arms on Sewardstone Road in around 20 minutes although it can rather dark on the way back!

In this second Video of an irregular Series, I continue walking The Wandle Trail from Carshalton in Surrey to Mitcham Junction in South London. The Wandle Trail was established by the Wandle Group in association with the Wandle Industrial Museum in September 1988 and launched with a walk with over 200 participants, led by Colin Saunders. The Wandle Trail Map and Guide was put together in 1996 by the Wandle Industrial Museum with the support and help of London Borough of Merton, and sponsorship from Brown and Root.

Royal Enfield Bullet based V Twin 700 cc
Greetings fellow Enfield Bullet fans!
Here's my first youtube video of the 2nd bench test run of my project- a 700cc Enfield Bullet based V twin using 2 350 top ends. From sketches on paper to designing, numerous changes, 3d CAD modeling, printing drawings, building all the patterns myself, getting them cast, then machining everything myself (that began about a year ago-learnt everything as I went along) till this wonderful day (23rd JAN, about 2:00 in the morning!), it has been about 5 years! A dream from heady college days seems to be coming true, unable to sleep. Next step is installing it in the test bike, frame stretched. If you all know about the Norcroft and Carberry Enfields and are wondering why I did this anyway, well, too much time, effort and dreaming had been done when I heard of them, so inspite of some major discouragement that the enfield V twin had already been done by professionals, I decided to plough ahead anyway. NO REGRETS! Watch out for some more videos from me with info on the motor, test rides etc. coming soon!
