Dakota Dunes Golf Links, Saskatoon
A world class golf course next to a new casino just 15 minutes south of Saskatoon on Highway #219. The 18-hole, full service, natural masterpiece is the Province's only complete Graham Cooke / Carleton designed golf property. Canadian Tire’s 14th Annual Golf Classic
For the past 13 years the Canadian Tire Golf Classic has raised more than 1.5 million dollars for youth in our community. This year’s tournament had more than 190 golfers taking part, raising $225,000. We dropped by the Willows Golf and Country Club during this year’s event to find out how the money raised will help our community and we even spoke with baseball legend and Golf Classic guest, Roberto Alomar.
Canadian Amateur women’s golf wraps up
UCLA-bound teenagers Mariel Galdiano, 17, and Bethany Wu, 18, emerged as the top two golfers at the 2015 Canadian Women’s Amateur golf championship at Saskatoon’s Riverside Country Club, with Galdiano, from Hawaii, emerging with a one-stroke win over California’s Bethany Wu. Galdiano earns an exemption into the upcoming LPGA Canadian Pacific Women’s Open.

1st Annual Stellar Gear Golf Classic in Saskatoon, SK
The 1st Annual Stellar Gear Golf Classic was an awesome event. Hosted by Stellar Gear, the hottest store for all your MMA fight gear by UFC, Tapout, Hayabusa, Metal Mulisha and many others. The 1st Annual Stellar Gear Golf Classic was held at the Moon Lake Golf Course in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and was sponsored by Tapout, Joe's Sport's Bar and Grill, Winston's Pub, Golf USA, Dawgs Footwear, Stellar Parts, MS Society, and a few others we will list. One reason why the event was so incredible was that Stellar Gear brought in celebrities!! They invited MMA fighters, UFC fighters, AND a ring girl. Patrick Cote, Clay Guida, Travis Browne, Jon Fitch, and Brittney Palmer, the UFC ring girl. What an awesome event!
