Ilkley is a spa town and civil parish in West Yorkshire, in Northern England. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, Ilkley civil parish includes the adjacent village of Ben Rhydding and is a ward within the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council. Approximately 12 miles (19 km) north of Bradford and 17 miles (27 km) northwest of Leeds, the town lies mainly on the south bank of the River Wharfe in Wharfedale, one of the Yorkshire Dales. He’s an OAP-CSO! At 71, he’s Britain’s oldest community support officer, but he still walks a marathon a day when out on the beat.
Louis Martindale-Vale, from Birmingham, West Mids, has patrolled Erdington High Street for nine years and has been a regular sight over the years, giving chase to the area’s yobs.
While he could be putting his feet up for retirement, Louis is happier out and about where he’s known affectionately by locals as LMV.
Thanks to Louis’ persistent policing and interaction with his ward, the crime rate has dropped through the floor since he donned the high vis jacket and cap.

Leeds Station, West Yorkshire, UK (throughout 2012)
Leeds railway station (also known as Leeds City station) is the mainline railway station serving the city centre of Leeds in West Yorkshire, England. The station provides connections to London, Bristol, Plymouth and the South West, Nottingham, Birmingham and the Midlands, Newcastle upon Tyne, York, Edinburgh and the North East, Manchester and Liverpool and the North West, Hull, Scarborough, Selby and Doncaster, as well as to local and regional destinations in Yorkshire. It is also the terminus for trains running on the scenic Settle to Carlisle line, as well as the hub of the Metro commuter network. It is located on New Station Street to the south of City Square, at the bottom of Park Row, behind the landmark Queens Hotel; it is one of 18 stations managed by Network Rail.

Kirkstall Forge Railway Station is a railway station located on the Leeds to Bradford Ilkley Line between Leeds and Shipley, West Yorkshire, England. The current station opened on Sunday 19 June 2016. It is near to the site of a previously closed station with the same name. The majority of stopping services at Kirkstall Forge are Northern Rail units travelling between Leeds and Ilkley, there are also some limited stopping services for Bradford Forster Square. The majority of services for Bradford Forster Square and Skipton pass through this station 'fast'. There are also passing freight services. This film features views of Kirkstall Forge station both prior to it's opening, and after it has openend. Within the film are views of the River Aire; the station car park; the station buildings, bridge and platforms; as well as passing and stopping trains.
The passenger trains featured with the film are the following classes: Class 322, Class 333, Class 158.
The freight trains are both GBRF Class 66 trains, one of them being 66779 - Evening Star, and the other being 66735.
The film ends with the departure from Kirkstall Forge railway station on a Leeds bound train.
