Road to 150: The Best Things To Do in Manitoba
In this video, we share some of the best things to do in Manitoba, including Winnipeg and Churchill!
Welcome to Manitoba, Canada!
Right in the middle of Canada lies the province of Manitoba, which is home to the city of Winnipeg, some incredible lakes, and the polar bear and beluga whale capital of the world.
We learned about the history of human rights, did yoga with goats, learned about Canada’s history with the Hudson Bay Company, and snorkeled with beluga whales. We also relaxed in a Nordic-inspired spa, stood in the centre of Canada, and walked on the arctic tundra. We really packed a lot of adventures into our ten short days and can't wait to return one day and explore the province further.
We explored Manitoba from July 14 - July 26, 2017.

Special Note: We just released the Canada Saver Card, a physical discount card that gets you discounts at a variety of attractions, adventures, and activities across Canada! From helicopter tours to rafting, fishing, museums, and horseback rides, save money on all of them for less than $30! -

Canada's Road to 150 is a 150-day Canada-wide multi-media road trip celebrating Canada's 150th birthday by exploring the uniqueness of this country provincially and collectively while answering the question; What makes Canada special?
We will drive to and through every driveable province and territory, showcasing Canada's natural beauty and regional attractions while interviewing Canadians of all cultures and backgrounds, including local celebrities, immigrants, refugees, and everyday rural and urban Canadians. Our aim is to dig deep into what makes Canada such an incredibly inspiring country while showing off the best of Canada's tourism to Canadians and to the world.

Manitoba Outdoor Experiences
This is our backyard. Our playground. It's where we go to run and to relax. It's where we connect with each other and to a deeper part of ourselves. This is the first place we share with those who come searching for an extraordinary experience.
Riding Mountain National Park, Manitoba
Located approximately 100 km north of Brandon, Riding Mountain National Park is an island of wilderness surrounded by a sea of farmland, boasting 3000 km2 of rugged nature just waiting to be explored.
Riding Mountain is unique in the way that it's 1 of only 5 national parks that has a resort townsite. Although small in size, the picturesque town of Wasagaming is big in charm and character. Located along the shores of Clear Lake, Wasagaming, which bustles on busy summer days, is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, beach, golf course, boat rentals and tours to name a few. The original Parks Canada Visitor Centre remains, built in the Rustic Design tradition of the 1930's, reminding us of the early days of Canada's national parks system.
