Construction timelapse of UniSource Energy's (Tucson Electric Power) new headquarters, Tucson, AZ
(Special thanks to UniSource Energy for this footage)
UniSource Energy's new corporate headquarters at 88 E. Broadway became fully occupied in November 2011.
The nine story building provides 170,000 square feet of office space for more than 500 people working for Tucson Electric Power, UniSource Energy's principal subsidiary. It includes 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a state-of-the-art conference center, on-site parking and a long list of environmentally responsible features.
With new retail opportunities and space for more than 500 employees, UniSource Energy's corporate headquarters will provide a tremendous boost to the downtown economy, said Michael Keith, CEO of the Downtown Tucson Partnership. UniSource Energy also is setting a standard for design and sustainable development that we hope other businesses locating downtown will follow.
Todd Holzer, vice president of development for Ryan Companies, the building's developer, said the project sets a new, higher standard for energy-efficient office construction in Tucson. UniSource Energy's corporate headquarters clearly reflects the values of a company committed to environmental leadership, Holzer said.
UniSource Energy's application for LEED Gold certification of its new headquarters is pending before the U.S. Green Building Council.
I'm just so pleased, impressed and encouraged by the level of leadership shown by TEP and UniSource Energy in committing to this level of sustainability, said Gina Murphy-Darling, host of Mrs. Green's World Radio Network. They're setting a fantastic example for our entire community.
The building was recognized recently with a Common Ground Award for Planning, Design and Construction from the Metropolitan Pima Alliance, a real estate and land use advocacy organization that promotes projects that encourage economic growth and environmental sustainability.
Many of the best features of our new building grew almost organically from our own 'green' energy programs, said Paul Bonavia, president and CEO of UniSource Energy and TEP. After years of helping our customers invest in energy-efficient, solar-powered homes, we're excited to be moving into one of our own.

Tuesday Talk: Our Airstream Electricity Cost & Usage Monthly in Tucson
This week we are talking about our Airstream electricity cost and usage at the KOA here in Tucson. We are paying a monthly rate so electricity is not included. Therefore we try to minimize what we pay. We use our solar panels during the day to provide power and only plug in at night. This means we are paying $10-$25 a month for electricity. It is starting to go up as the temperature rises and we need to use the A/C though and last year we did even better by almost never plugging into the pedestal.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

DOWNTOWN TUCSON covered with TOXIC SPRAY! 05/21/2013
Tucson Arizona was completely covered (05/21/2013) with huge amounts of man-made clouds which are a product of Weather-Manipulation patented by the United States Government under the name Stratospheric Geo-Engineering otherwise called Chemtrails! This is not really a Geo-Engineering project as they say it is because the purpose of this spray is definitally not for the people's good! This is a product made out of Three types of powdered toxic metals (Aluminum, Barrium and Strontium) which they release out of the back of airplanes into the air which allows them to use the HAARP array by putting huge amounts of electricity up into the air through the powdered metals! You can see them obviously using the HAARP array here in Tucson by simply looking up and you will notice lines and patterns which will only be in the man-made Clouds. It will look reminicently like an electricity pattern and it cannot show up in natural clouds as it needs the powdered metals in the chemtrails to add the electricity into the sky. They use this for their Weather-Manipulation and they can actually controll the weather in many ways once the HAARP Array is on! Obviously they are not controlling the weather in a good way like adding rain to Tucson but instead they are making sure that Tucson recieves very little to NO rain! Do your own research and you'll see! Documentary film about this is free on You Tube and it's called, What in the world are they sparying? Don't forget to go to The March Against Monsanto in Tucson on May 25th 2013 Sat. At Reid park at 12 Noon! See you there! We will be there to support our chemtrail fight as well!
