The Job Centre: Episode 2 | Full Documentary | Reel Truth
The agency faces a crisis as four temp workers fail to turn up to work for one of their biggest clients, meaning the contract is hanging in the balance. To make matters worse, Phil is off sick, leaving Jane and the rest of the team to pick up the pieces. Carlos has also been let down by one of his workers and is under pressure to fill the role quickly, and hopes the client will be happy with their latest recruit. Meanwhile, boss Jane Vincent launches a charm offensive as she tries to win back business she lost 10 years ago.
The Recruitment Agency is a one-of-a-kind documentary looking into the world of local businesses and communities told with warmth and humour and rich in extraordinary characters who walk through the office doors in search of work. In this series we go inside Candelisa People, one of the UK’s last remaining independent recruitment agencies and follow the agency staff, clients and candidates as they get the north of England working. From minimum wage to £100k+ jobs, Candelisa will take on any client in the hope that they can secure business and keep themselves afloat. It's an intense work place but the team are like a family and matriarch boss Jane is at the helm. Jane is a one woman whirlwind and along with her loyal team she works tirelessly to woo major clients with the aim of becoming a major player in the recruitment world. We'll watch as the team go the extra mile, from creative role-playing, advice on personal hygiene to filling in the jobs themselves. This team will stop at nothing to win business, find the best person for the job and ensure their clients are happy.

Eastbourne
Eastbourne ( pronunciation ) is a large town, seaside resort, and borough in East Sussex, on the south coast of England, 17 miles (27 km) east of Brighton. Eastbourne is located immediately east of Beachy Head, the highest chalk sea cliff in Great Britain and part of the South Downs National Park. With a seafront consisting largely of Victorian hotels, the pier, and a Napoleonic era fort and military museum, Eastbourne was developed by the Duke of Devonshire in 1800 from four separate hamlets. It has a growing population, a broad economic base, and is home to companies in a wide range of industries.
Though Eastbourne is a relatively new town, there is evidence of human occupation in the area from the Stone Age. The town grew as a fashionable tourist resort largely thanks to prominent landowner, William Cavendish, later known as the Duke of Devonshire. Cavendish appointed architect Henry Currey to design a street plan for the town, but not before sending him to Europe to draw inspiration. The resulting mix of architecture is typically Victorian and remains a key feature of Eastbourne.

Weston-super-Mare and Thornbury Model Railway Exhibitions 2016 (HD)
Model railways of all sorts are shown in this HD video of two exhibitions I attended earier this year... at Weston-super-Mare Model Train Show on 10th January 2016 and the 48th Annual Bristol Model Railway Exhibition held at the leisure centre in Thornbury, near Bristol, UK.
Included layouts are:
Southall Lane (OO Gauge) with mostly GWR steam and early diesels such as Class 33, and a green diesel parcel unit with working colour light with feather indicator!
Anywhere MPD (OO Gauge) Western Region diesel hydraulics, and steam, plus an active BR Blue Class 08 and more.
Rails Along the Sea Wall (N gauge) - the bridge into Teignmouth and the seaside railway line is depicted with beautiful accuracy.
Lagganmoor (N Gauge) - a Scottish station scene with diesels on a nice variety of freight trains.
Lough MPD (O Gauge) steam transition to diesel era, late 1950s / early 1960s with fabulous diesels and steam locos including a green Western, and green Brush 4 (later Class 47).
Newchapel Junction (O Gauge) - a huge club layout with turntable, depot, stations, triangle and working semaphore signals!
Simington (P4 Prototype 4 Gauge) - diesels in green plus a war themed set of sidings alongside a lovely station building and fabulous country branch are recreated in this lovely layout.
Over £4000 was raised for Weston Hospicecare at the Weston show - well done everyone for such superb annual fundraising!
If you enjoy my channel, please subscribe. I always load videos before including adverts so subscribers can watch uninterrupted. Ads are included later so I can earn a bit of cash!!
PS I am considering whether anyone would pay for subscription, to help support the chanel. If you are intereted, do let me know.
Some further info...
Layouts include many scales in these videos, from N which is the smallest to O gauge.... which reminds me, I do have some more photos and a couple more clips to pull together so there may well be a Weston and Thornbury Part 2.... watch this space! Or better still, subscribe to my channel to get all the news as and when it happens!
Some of the locos you can see in this video include:-
DIESELS
OO Class 08 shunter in BR Blue running on Anywhere MPD
O Gauge D1002 Western Explorer in BR green livery on Lough MPD.
OO Gauge Warship D827 Kelly running on Anywhere MPD, in BR blue.
OO Gauge Class 20 in BR green on Southall Lane
In N Gauge we see the rare crossing of a green Hymek and a green 24 on the South Devon Seawall near Teighnmouth in Rails Along the Sea Wall... a rare spot indeed! Also in N we see a rare Scottish crossing of a BR blue 31 on oil tanks and a Large Logo 37 on a ballast train, seen at Lagganmoor.
And a green Class 24 and green Hymek Class 35 are seen at Simington, both on passenger workings.
Oh, and in OO, Western D1000 Western Enterprise in Desert Sand (having some difficulties, and sadly not captured greatly :-( Sorry.)
Steam details I will add when I get the time... if I missed anything, do let me know in a comment.
Thanks!
