Puerto Vallarta Discovery Botanical Garden, Tequila & Coffee Tour! Mexico Day 4 Travel Vlog 2019!
Here I am: On the Puerto Vallarta Discovery Botanical Garden, Tequila, & Coffee Tour! I must say, this is the day I cherish most of my time in Mexico. I’m sorry Bellagio Las Vegas, but your botanical garden has nothing on this! lol. The serenity’s tempting me to exit the fast lane & settle down in a highrise on the coast. The Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta sounds like good fit for me. ???? lol. Where’s the most peaceful place you’ve ever been? ???? | @viixoviixovii | carsla.peyton@lovelocalrealestate.com | 702.573.5175
Vallarta Zoo Tour, Mismaloya, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Many of us, if not all, have gone to zoos in different parts of the world, maybe you are lucky enough to have one in your city, we all know the DON'T FEED THE ANIMALS signs peppered generously in them. Few of us have gone to a zoo where you can feed the animals, where they actually want you to feed them! Vallarta Zoo AC allows you to do that, of course, from a bag that you receive when you pay your entrance, do not start feeding them doritos or chocolate! In some cases you'll be able to approach and caress many of the animals, although you should only do so along with trained personnel.
A map and details on how to get to the PV Zoo on our page:
Another cool aspect of Puerto Vallarta Zoo is the fact that it's in the middle of the jungle and mountains of Mismaloya Puerto Vallarta, follow the paved but colorful trails, they guide you up the hill and between the areas destined to the different species of animals, birds, reptiles and others. The shade the vegetation provides is welcome, especially in the hot season and after noon.
The Puerto Vallarta Zoological Garden is a must see in Puerto Vallarta and is on a short list of fun things to do on Puerto Vallarta with children.

Puerto Vallarta Tours: Pirate Ship Vallarta The Famous Marigalante
Puerto Vallarta Tours: Since 1995, the Pirate ship Marigalante has been one of the most popular tours in all of Vallarta, and one of the most recognized symbols of Puerto Vallarta. Unlike any other vessel on Banderas Bay, this beautiful craft is an exact replica of the Santa María, one of the ships used by Christopher Columbus over 500 years ago to discover new lands.
The Marigalante was built in Alvarado Veracruz, Mexico by the Mar, Hombre y Paz Civil Association, (Sea, Man and Peace a non-profit organization,) to commemorate historical voyages, especially the 500th Anniversary of the Discovery of America. Over 30 types of tropical woods were used during construction, which began in 1980 and was completed in 1987.
On September 26 1987, the Marigalante took her maiden voyage from Alvarado Veracruz to Santoña in Cantabria Spain, the birthplace of Juan de la Cosa, the author of the very first Mapa Mundi. The owner of the Santa Maria, Cosa sailed with Columbus on his first three voyages to the New World, and was the master and cartographer of the Marigalante in 1493.
From Santoña, the Marigalante sailed to Seville and up the Guadalquivir to deliver 10,000 Maravedies gold coins corresponding to the payment promised by Christopher Columbus - and never paid - to the first man to shout Land Ho! This reward was due to Rodrigo de Triana, whose real name was Juan Rodriguez Bermejo.
The coins were collected from the 33 American countries and spanned various centuries. They were placed in a chest built with the same thirty types of wood as those used to built the Marigalante. The chest is exhibited in La Antigua chapel in the Cathedral of Seville.
The Marigalante then sailed the Nao route, from Acapulco to the Orient, visiting Japan for the commemoration of its 100 years of trade with Mexico. She also followed the Cocoa route to South America and sailed to Spain once again in 1992 for the 500th Anniversary of the discovery of America.
The Marigalante's voyage covered 87 ports and islands around the world, totaling 52,000 nautical miles or 96,304 kilometers - the equivalent of 2-1/3 trips around the world. Since then, the Marigalante has been sailing the length and breadth of the Bay of Banderas, sharing the magic, the joy and the culture of our beloved Mexico with all the tourists who visit Puerto Vallarta.
Climb aboard the Marigalante Pirate Ship and get ready for a fantastic fun-filled frolick with the Pirates of the Bay as you sail across the beautiful blue waters of the Bay of Banderas. Whether you choose a fun-filled day of family adventure on the TREASURE LAND tour or a BUCCANEER'S NIGHT dinner cruise, you'll enjoy the unique experience of sailing on a real galleon - and an unforgettable experience.

Dolphin Encounter and Swim Experience | Puerto Vallarta
One of my most favorite experiences during my time in Mexico was my time spent with the dolphins at Vallarta Adventures. Firstly - they’re much more akin to small whales than anything - but they truly are smart, gentle giants! This dolphin swim was paid for as a part of an all inclusive incentive trip I earned with Perfectly Posh.
Want to learn more about Posh, but not ready to dive all the way in just yet - join my VIP group and hang out awhile:

Here I am: On the Gray Line Puerto Vallarta City Tour! While the previous tour focused on the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, this tour was in the city’s central location! & Yes... every tour of Mexico seems to include a tequila tasting ???? Cheers! lol. I loved the variety of historical sight-seeing as well as the mom & pop shops. Plus, I was happy to finally spot some street art. Marietas Islands Puerto Vallarta Nuevo Vallarta Mexico hidden Beach las islas marietas
Marietas Islands Puerto Vallarta Nuevo Vallarta Mexico hidden Beach, las Islas marietas, Protected from the intrusion of the world outside, the hidden beach of Marieta Islands las Islas marietas, Puerto Vallarta is a world of its own. Located just a few miles off the coast of Mexico, close to Bandera bay, Marieta Islands are archipelagos that were formed as a result of volcanic activity. The islands have remained almost secluded ever since. It was only recently that the recreational aspect of the place was discovered following the development of an extremely exclusive marine ecosystem that makes this place just as unique as thrilling.
The marine environment of hidden beach Marieta Island, Puerta Vallarta has developed over several years, sans any disturbance from humans or outside nature. As a result, the marine life here is intriguing and holds a huge potential for people who love just this kind of sport. Marieta Islands are one of the best sports for snorkeling and scuba diving owing to the virgin nature of the place, along with its diversity.
The water along the hidden beach Marieta Island, Puerto Vallarta is a crystal clear blue mass of pure bliss. Of the marine wildlife available to view in the place, Humpback whale, sea turtles and dolphins are just a few of the most magnificent examples. Travelers can also enjoy a powerboat trip to the hidden beach, Marieta Island, Puerto Vallarta taking in the scenery along the way. The hidden beach, Marieta Islands, Puerto Vallarta is an intriguing site in its own accord. The beach remains cut off from the rest of the group of islands. And for those who stumble across the place, the surprises held are immense. The beach is considered to possess an abundance of reef fish, with about 103 different species moving around in the clear blue waters of the beach. The whales can also be viewed in their magnificent glory and for some lucky travelers; they may even get to experience the 'whale- music'- unique sound made by these huge creatures just as they dive deeper into the waters. Following winter rains, Puerto Vallarta weather remains pleasant and inviting. The rains also make the water as clear as available on any beach n the world. The accommodation comes easy and in a wide range for all kinds of travelers. While the hidden beach, Marieta Islands, Puerto Vallarta is still hidden mostly in the literal sense, the rest of Puerto, Vallarta is a reasonable commercial place receiving tourists from all over the world in large numbers. The Marieta Islands were originally formed many thousands of years ago by volcanic activity, and are completely uninhabited. The islands are about an hour-long boat ride west-northwest from the coast of Puerto Vallarta and are visited daily by hundreds of tourists, yet no one can legally set foot on the islands. In the early 1900s, the Mexican government began conducting military testing on the islands because no one lived there. Many bombings and large explosions took place on the islands causing amazing caves and rock formations to be created. After a massive international outcry, started by scientist Jacques Cousteau in the late 1960s, the government eventually decided to label the islands a national park and therefore protected against any fishing, hunting or human activity.
