We had the most beautiful day with blue skies which isn't always the case in this area since they usually get a lot of rain. We visited the Osorno Volcano which, with its daily snowmelt, feeds Llanquihue lake.

Guia de Viagem em vídeo com o roteiro de 4 dias na região Los Lagos, onde visitamos Puerto Varas, Puerto Montt, Frutillar e Puerto Octay, no Chile, e também passamos por lugares como o Vulcão Osorno, Saltos de Petrohue, e Lagoa de Todos os Santos, sempre margeando o lago Llanquihue. Nossa visita foi em fevereiro de 2019.
???? No Dia 1, conhecemos Puerto Varas, e visitamos o Parque Philippi, a Casa Thompson, a Licanrayén, o Museu Pablo Fierro, a Plaza de Armas, a Plaza de los Colonos, e também andamos de caiaque no lago Lanquihue.
???? No Dia 2, fomos ao parque Vicente Pérez Rosalez e andamos de barco na Lagoa de Todos os Santos, e também conhecemos os Saltos de Petrohué. Terminamos o dia em uma visita épica ao Vulcão Osorno.
???? No Dia 3, conhecemos Frutillar. Passamos por Frutillar Bajo, onde conhecemos o Muelle de Frutillar, e também o Museu Colonial Alemão. Terminamos nosso dia em um mirante em Puerto Octay.

¿QUE RECORRER EN LOS SALTOS DEL PETROHUÉ?
Los Saltos del Río Petrohué son cascadas ubicadas a una corta distancia río abajo del lago Todos Los Santos. Se encuentran dentro del Parque nacional Vicente Pérez Rosales cercano a la ruta hacia Petrohué, una localidad al borde de aquel lago. Muchos de los turistas que realizan la ruta entre Puerto Varas y Bariloche en Argentina se detienen en este lugar. La cascada se encuentra sobre una base de lava basáltica, la cual provino desde el volcán Osorno. El flujo de agua es en promedio de 370 metros cúbicos por segundo, el cual aumenta durante la temporada de lluvia, debido a que el lago Todos los Santos puede aumentar su altura hasta 2 metros. El agua del lago es usualmente clara con un tono verde y con azul
Cómo llegar
El acceso a esta reserva se puede realizar a través de la ruta 225 desde Puerto Varas, que se encuentra a 64 kilómetros de Petrohue. Existe un servicio de transporte público que realiza este recorrido cada 30 minutos. Durante el camino, se puede observar el paisaje de la selva valdiviana, el lago Llanquihue, el volcán Calbuco y el volcán Osorno.

Puerto Montt, Frutillar Y Volcan Osorno
This is Part 10 of our of our odyssey from Buenos Aires Round Cape Horn to Santiago and the Andes Beyond in December 2005. On December 16th we view the town of Puerto Montt. Then we bus to Frutillar. There we first see Lake Llanquihue and the Volcan Osorno above it. Hessie makes self-guided walking tour. December 17th is a somewhat sentimental last day at sea. Early on December 18th the Norwegian Crown arrives in Valparaiso and we say goodbye to our excellent home of the previous 2 ½ weeks. Then we board a bus to Santiago Chile, and get there as this video ends (to be continued).

Durante nuestro recorrido en Chile descubrimos la inmensa riqueza de este maravilloso país, comenzamos descubriendo la majestuosidad del volcán Osorno y terminamos admirando la belleza del volcán Villarrica, dos grandes gigantes que pudimos disfrutar por varios días.
En esta época del año (Abril | Otoño) las lluvias no paran en esta parte de Chile así que nos hemos relajado todavía más para disfrutar poco a poco, o mejor dicho Xino Xano estos hermosos paisajes chilenos.

Puerto Montt is a city and municipality of Chile, capital of the province of Llanquihue and the region of the Lakes. Highly dependent on tourist and transport activities, Puerto Montt is the gateway to Chilean Patagonia, which begins at the Reloncaví Estuary and extends to Cape Horn.
Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park is a national park located in the Lakes region of Chile. Created in 1926 by Supreme Decree No. 552, it is the oldest national park in Chile. The park is administered by the Corporación Nacional Forestal (CONAF). It is part of the biosphere reserve of the humid temperate forests of the Andes, which was created in 2007.
It is named in honor of Vicente Pérez Rosales (1807-1886), a Chilean adventurer, politician and writer who played an important role in the colonization of the region.
The Todos los Santos lake, the Osorno volcano among others are integrated in the park.
Puerto Montt est une ville et une commune du Chili, capitale de la province de Llanquihue et de la région des Lacs. Fortement dépendante des activités touristiques et de transport, Puerto Montt est la porte d'entrée de la Patagonie chilienne qui commence au niveau de l'estuaire de Reloncaví et s'étend jusqu'au cap Horn.
Le parc national Vicente Pérez Rosales est un parc national situé dans la région des Lacs au Chili. Créé en 1926 par le décret suprême n° 552, c'est le plus ancien parc national du Chili. Le parc est administré par la Corporación Nacional Forestal (CONAF). Il fait partie de la réserve de biosphère des forêts tempérées humides des Andes autrales, qui a été créée en 2007.
Il est nommé en l'honneur de Vicente Pérez Rosales (1807-1886), aventurier, homme politique et écrivain chilien qui joua un rôle important dans la colonisation de la région.
Le lac Todos los Santos, le volcan Osorno entre autres sont intégrés au parc.
