Set in Yorkshire in the late 1980’s, on an isolated caravan park. We follow Ray, who has become the victim of closures in Britain’s collieries. Stuck in a repressive cycle, can Ray escape this way of life whilst struggling against a sadistic father and son.
This experimental and alternative thriller follows a clash of ideologies in Thatcher's Britain; leading into confrontation between two groups of people within the park.

Barnsley Canal
The Barnsley Canal is a canal that ran from Barnby Basin, through Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England to a junction with the Aire and Calder Navigation near Wakefield. It was 14.5 miles long and included 15 locks.

Near Stanley Ferry in Wakefield.
Not sure of the age of the farm.
In 2008 the farm was closed being in the news about the welfare of the birds that were kept there.
Apparently some of the birds have been used in Harry Potter.
