Diving Turks & Caicos with Big Blue SJCAM SJ5000 Test
Test 2 for my buddy's GoPro clone.
I decided to take it diving to see how it would hold up. There were some issues with a bit of choppiness with the video set at 1080p @ 60fps. A bit of blowouts on bright areas in high-contrast lighting conditions.
In the bright sunny outdoors, the SJCam footage was about 3/4stop darker and needed to be adjusted. I did not have a UR Pro U/W filter so some colour correction, brightness/contrast and sharpness was done during post-processing.
Went out diving with Big Blue Unlimited based out of Leeward on Providenciales. These guys really know how to show their clients a great time. They may cost a bit more than the other charters but in the end. they were worth every penny.
