A private contractor hired by the state to conduct cloud seeding experiments over wilderness areas in the Wind River Range has completed its first year of seeding flights. During the course of 24 flights from November 2007 to March 2008, the company Weather Modification, Inc. dropped a total of 23.5 pounds of silver iodide, a chemical that helps clouds form ice crystals at higher temperatures, over the west slope of the Wind River Range.
The five-year project, conducted in conjunction with the National Center for Atmospheric Research, is funded with a roughly $9 million appropriation from the Wyoming State Legislature.
Below is a list of some of the ''most common'' symptoms used to diagnose ChemTrail Poisoning:
Prolonged sadness or unexplained crying spells.
Significant changes in appetite and sleep patterns.
Irritability, anger, worry, agitation, anxiety
Pessimism, indifference
Loss of energy, persistent lethargy
Feelings of guilt, worthlessness
