A Very Rare Kung Fu style - Wu Dang Cannon Fist
武當拳炮
This is another one for the Fans of rare styles.
This is a rare style from Wu dang mountain called Cannon Fist.
The demonstrator is a master of Wu dang fist that I was lucky enough to train with. The temple we stayed at on Wudang Mountain is one of my absolute favorite places on Earth.
This is a Very rare and powerful style that I was privileged to learn. You could feel the force through the ground as he performed these maneuvers.
