A 30 Minute Flow Class with Kate Mak
This is 30-minute Flow class that you can easily mix and match with others to create your own longer flow, or even a YinYang class.
You will need a mat, and if you have any lower back discomfort while in savasana, you may want a bolster for under your knees. If you don't have a bolster available, using blankets and/or pillows to prop up your knees is another alternative.
