Where exactly is Zinkwazi Beach? Well you can use Google Maps LOL
Situated in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa is an unknown resort called Zinkwazi Beach. Its the second most populous beach in South Africa for the most elite class in South Africa behind Plettensberg Bay. Above all Zinkwazi Beach is the most peaceful area in South Africa and very unknown to the rest of the world as most tourists prefer going to Cape Town or Ballito. There was so many things to do here like relaxing on the beach and surfing in the ocean. The house we stayed in is situated on the lagoon so we could launch the boat and do water skiing and we operated the jet ski which was a lot of fun. We also explored some of the reefs with our snorkel equipment and enjoyed some sight seeing. We saw a variety of fish on the abandoned beach and our dog Publo also enjoyed himself there. We took cruises with our boat up Zinkwazi Lagoon to look at the trees, the still water and the birds that habitat there. Anyone wishes to come to Zinkwazi for a holiday there is a hotel there called The Ocean Reef Hotel.
Another magnificent holiday at Zinkwazi Beach KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. I flew to King Shaka International Airport with South African Airways from Johannesburg Or Tambo Airport, the flight was operated on an Airbus 319 and it was only a short haul flight about an hour of total flying time. The video includes a GoPro strapped to a beach kite and it filmed incredible ariel shots over Zinkwazi Beach. There was also the activities of snorkelling in the rock pools. There were various fish sighted such as antigonia, dogfish and black tails. The reefs had various species of coral, seaweed and seashells. Our little puppy Publo attempted to follow us in the rock pools but he was not to keen on swimming in the rough ocean. We also went on the tube behind the boat on Zinkwazi Lagoon, we used the GoPro selfie stick to take the footage. There was also a part where all three of us rode a jet ski across the lagoon. I went surfing and caught a few good waves in the sea. I have adopted the SAMS sticker on my surf board in order to protect me from dangerous great white sharks. I flew Fly Safair Boeing 737-800 back home to Johannesburg Or Tambo International Airport.

A little piece of paradise on the Dolphin Coast!
The beautiful village of Zinkwazi is located on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, and is part of the Dolphin Coast. It is characterized by lush, sub-tropical vegetation, warm Indian Ocean waters, mild Winters and a tranquil way of life.
Zinkwazi is a very popular holiday village, with visitors either renting holiday homes, or investing in their own piece of paradise and visiting as often as possible.
A nature lover’s delight, you can often hear the fish eagles cry, or see them soaring above the lagoon. Zinkwazi is located within a protected conservancy and thus boasts a vast amount of bird species, wildlife, and indigenous plants. There are often sightings of dolphins playing in the bay, mongoose, duiker, bushbuck, owls, trumpeter hornbills, crowned eagles, palm-nut vultures and the ever adorable bush babies. From July until early October we enjoy “whale season” with wonderful sightings of whales breaching or interacting with their new-born calves.
To those that reside here, or visit regularly, Zinkwazi is an incredibly special place that holds enormous sentimental value to them.

Another Epic Saturday afternoon well spent at the glorious Zinkwazi Beach.
Zinkwazi is small beach community located on the North Coast of Durban, South Africa. A beautiful and clean beach that has plenty of shade and places to just wine down and chill out. You are greeted by a cute little pizza shop at the end of the parking lot right next to the beach. If you head over to the swimming area near the river mouth, you will pass a pub and lifeguard facilities.
Our favorite spot is at the river. The water is always warm and clean and it’s just a great place to hang out.

The holiday video of Zinkwazi in April 2017. I flew a Mango Airlines Boeing 737-300 from Or Tambo International airport to Durban King Shaka International airport. The flight was approximately one hour and I used EZ Shuttle services to be transferred to Zinkwazi Beach where the holiday home was. We went all the way to the Ocean Reef Hotel to try snorkeling. The water was very mirky so we only saw a few black tailed fish and seaweed. I used my GoPro Hero 3 to take the underwater shots as well as my iPhone 7. The beach days were pleasant and we enjoyed our swims in the ocean. Nothing beats Zinkwazi without a cruise up the Zinkwazi Lagoon. We used a Honda Marine 5hp engine to cruise up the lagoon. We had wine, chips and snacks and took lots of incredible photographs. The next day I went to catch muscles where we had a big feast of muscle eating. We have a license to catch muscles at Zinkwazi Beach and we also broke some muscles and fed them to the small black tailed fish in the rock pools. Those little fish love to eat muscles. Then we went cray fishing and only managed to catch one but it was a challenge to snorkel under the rough ocean. Then we all went skiing on Zinkwazi Lagoon with the powerful 90hp Yamaha engine and we all had a good experience skiing because the river was not nearly that bumpy. On the last day we had the beach to ourselves and we had a nice meal at the Ocean Reef Hotel before finals I took a Mango Airlines Boeing 737-300 back home to the city of Johannesburg
