Milton Keynes (MK), is a large town in Buckinghamshire, England, about 50 miles (80 km) north-west of London. It is the principal settlement of the Borough of Milton Keynes, a unitary authority. At the 2011 Census, its population was 229,000; the Office for National Statistics estimates that it will reach 300,000 by 2025. The River Great Ouse forms its northern boundary.

A new initiative, to inspire people across Milton Keynes to get into shape, is now live in centre!
The session is a 45-minute circuit based class that’s completely free for people of all fitness abilities to join and is particularly aimed at people looking to kick-start a fitness goal for 2018.
In partnership and run by énergie Fitness, Milton Keynes, the new gym opening in Kiln Farm this spring, and Amazing CMK, the session will take place in the shopping centre every Thursday at 6pm – the first public class will be 25 January.
Each session will include a variety of fitness stations designed to target different areas of the body and together it will give an all body workout. Participants will be able to go at a pace suitable to their level of fitness but, to achieve results, they will be gradually pushed to work hard.
The sessions will take place inside the centre between GAP and Hollister. To register attendance for Thursday 25 January or for more information, email Milton.Keynes@energiefitness.com. Trainers and sports wear are required and people are asked to arrive by 5.45pm to complete a health questionnaire.
