We review a Straight Bourbon from right here in our home state of Wisconsin; Driftless Glen Single Barrel.
Old Nick Williams Distillery | Trailer #3 | RackHouse Whiskey Club Featured Distillery
Some say Old Nick Distillery is the most famous forgotten distillery in the US. Distilling since 1768, prohibition decimated the business. But now, they’re back. United States Presidents use to write his great-grandfather telling him how great the whiskey is. The great-grandson to Old Nick has revived the distillery in amazing fashion. Old Nick Williams Bourbon won double gold at the San Francisco Spirits Competition and is being featured in the RackHouse Whiskey Club February Box.

Whiskey Review Driftless Glen Rye 51% ABV
Driftless Glen Rye sample courtesy of Antonio at Whiskey Quests. See his channel link below. He is a cool dude to watch and chat with. Thanks again buddy.
From Baraboo, Wisconsin, this is what the name implies: a rye whiskey. Using a 75% rye mash bill, the distillate is aged in new, charred American oak for about a year. Age and ABV vary by batch.
I highly recommend his channel.
Thanks for watching and Cheers!
