I've done a tour like this before and wouldn't have given it 5 stars, but our tour guide Jason did an excellent job. He was a great story teller, including personal experiences, and it was also obvious he did his research. We covered quite a few locations, and it wasn't a problem for us to ask questions and stop and take pictures. Well worth it in my opinion.

Very little is known about this 19th century mansion, situated on Savannah's Calhoun Square. Patrick had a stone thrown at him by an unknown source two weeks prior to this recording.

A ghost our is only as good as the guide, and Nicholas was absolutely quintessentially perfect. His storytelling was delightful, stories delivered with the right amount of suspense and personal interest without seeming hokey. His look complimented his repertoire and he was open to as many questions as we could come up with! I'm not sure what tours he regularly leads, but I would call ahead and try to take his midnight tour if you are looking for a ghost tour. I recommend taking the tours like this at the beginning of the trip, they allow you to get to know the history of the city much better than any museum!
