Alad
Alad is one of the three islands guarding the deep waters of the harbor of Romblon Island, where the capital town of Romblon is. (Not to confuse with the entire province which is also called Romblon)
It's just a short 20 minute boat ride from the town, but is a world of its own. It is also famous for its class of marble, the Alad White.

Cabangahan Island, also known as Cabahan or Puro Island, is an island in the province of Romblon in the Philippines. It has one sitio named Cabangahan, part of barangay Guinbirayan, Santa Fe, Romblon. The local name of the island is Puro meaning Island in the Onhan language, which is the native language of the island's inhabitants.
Its south and east shores are formed by red, rocky cliffs, and its west and north shores are bordered by mangroves. A rocky islet East of Cabangahan is joined to it by a reef and a red pinnacle 21 m high, between which and Cabangahan, the water is deep.
WHAT TO DO:
On 30,000 sqm you find exciting overlooking hills with stunning views on the crystal-clear water of the Sibuyan Sea and a 200 m long private beach stretch with fine white sand. Only 200 m from the beach beyond the private bay the fish sanctuary offers exciting diving experiences. A variety of colorful fish, shells and living corals can be found even directly at the beach.
Puro Island is on the one hand a secluded, calm and peaceful island paradise. You can do Trekking, Swimming, Snorkeling, Diving and Island Hopping.

Nonok Beach - The Second Best Beach On Romblon Island, Philippines
Welcome to nonok beach which we would say is the second best beach or most popular beach on romblon island in the philippines
Nonok beach is located just 10 minutes motor bike ride away from the main town on romblon island.
To access nonok beach you must pay a entrance fee of 50 pesos per person which is well worth it because this beach is incredible... Bonbon beach may be the most famous but nonok is the beach you would rather relax on.
The water as usual in the philippines is crystal clear and really good for snorkelling and the beach is really good with plenty of shade around under trees or under shelter
Nonok beach is probably the most underrated beach in romblon island and is most definitely worthy of top rankings for the best beaches in the philippines

Dive the Blue Hole in Romblon
A diving trip to the only known Blue Hole in the Philippines. Found near Romblon, actually closer to Tablas Island, it is a great dive, dropping down to almost 30 meters with a fantastic drift along a wall afterwards. A thoroughly enjoyable and unique dive.

GETTING TO ROMBLON ISLAND - PHILIPPINES SECRET PARADISE
How to get to Romblon Island in the Philippines?
I flew from Los Angeles, USA to Manila, the Philippines and began what turned out to be a 5-day long journey to Romblon Island with endless local flights, boats, jeepney, and tricycle rides. It is not easy to get around in the Philippines, but as you can see in the video, it was absolutely worth it!
In order to reach Romblon Island, you’ll first need to get to the Romblon province. You can do this by flying from Manila to Tugdan Airport in Tablas (TBH) and taking a jeepney, trike, or van to San Agustin. Cebu Pacific operates this flight 3 days per week.
You may need to overnight on Tablas in order to take a pump boat over. They leave daily at 8am and 1pm from San Agustin and cost 100 pesos plus a 10 pesos terminal fee. I stayed on Tablas Island for a couple of nights and it was a great, relaxing break before I continued on my journey to my final destination, Romblon Island.
Alternatively, you can fly into Caticlan Airport, ferry from Caticlan to Odiongan, and take a jeepney from there to San Agustin. It’s also worth seeing if you can go directly from Odiongan to Romblon Island, as some ferries on some days of the week stop in Odiongan on the way, like Montenegro Lines.
You can also ferry from Batangas, which is 3 hours south of Manila by bus. This is a long option but it’s the cheapest.
If you are planning a trip to Romblon Island, be sure to bring ample cash with you - sometimes the ATM on the island might not work! For more information and a complete Romblon Island hopping itinerary, check this post out:
