Just thought I'd make a video of my normal routine of grocery shopping. Earlier in the day I was down at Alderwood Mall, nothing happened. Then I went grocery shopping at Trader Joe's, Fred Myers, and the local Co-op.

Lynnwood, Washington restaurant temporarily closed after worker contracts Hepatitis A
A confirmed case of Hepatitis A has shut down a Lynnwood restaurant.
The Snohomish Health District has closed Ashiya Teriyaki until further notice after one of the workers found out they had the virus.
If you at at this restaurant between August 2 and August 15, you could be at risk for developing Hepatitis A.
Health officials urge customers who may have been effected to contact their health care providers for a vaccine or other treatment.
Bank of Washington robbery in Lynnwood
Police are trying to find the guy who robbed the Bank of Washington in Lynnwood, Wash. on April 19, 2012
He entered the bank just after 10 a.m. and demanded money, then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He is described as a tall, slender, white, middle-aged man with no facial hair. He was wearing a yellow windbreaker with logos down the side of the arms, black pants and a black-brimmed rain hat.
Lynnwood police are working with other agencies to see if this robbery is connected with any other recent bank robberies in the Puget Sound area.
