Almada Waterfront - Interactive Exhibition
A consortium of leading international architects, including Richard Rogers, winner of the 2007 Pritzker Architecture Prize, laid down the plans that will transform the derelict industrial and naval area of Almada into a modern & sustainable urban site; YDreams crafted this unique visual tool using a pure AR system that lets visitors hold and manipulate a virtual 3D mock-up in the palm of their hands, literally experiencing first-hand what the site will actually look like.

O antigo submarino Barracuda está a ser sujeito a uma operação de elevação com vista à sua preparação para a musealização na Doca 1 da ex- H. Parry & Son, ao lado da Fragata D. Fernando II e Glória, em Cacilhas, no concelho de Almada.
Esta operação, visa tornar o submarino Barracuda mais visível e, ao mesmo tempo, facilitar o seu acesso, a partir do exterior, tendo em conta a criação do futuro núcleo museológico do Museu de Marinha em Cacilhas, fruto de um protocolo, assinado a 19 de dezembro de 2011, entre o Município de Almada e a Marinha Portuguesa.

Naval museum complex Balaklava (Ukrainian: Морський музейний комплекс Балаклава, Russian: Музей холодной войны, The Cold War Museum, designation K-825) is an underground submarine base in Balaklava, Crimea, Disputed between Russia and Ukraine (originally known as Object 825 GTS). It was a top-secret military facility during the Cold War, located in Balaklava Bay.
Today it serves as a museum and also houses a museum about the Crimean War.
