Amelia Island Light Tackle Fishing
Trey Dennard, his son IV and their friend Gary Simms had a Amelia Island Backwater Slam fishing here in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Fl. I was honored to be their guide on this fishing charter and we had a great day using light tackle to catch plenty of feisty Redfish, a couple in the Slot, two large Sheepshead, a keeper sized Trout, and a nice Flounder. What a great day of fishing on The Anglers Mark in Amelia Island's backwaters!

Amelia Island Charter Fishing 2014
In honor of Shark Week, i've decided to post some go pro videos of the sharks we caught on our charter trip in Amelia Island, FL. We were supposed to be catching tarpon, but they didn't want to come out and play. In all, we caught two bonnet head sharks (one was mine and the other was my cousin John's), one big nurse shark (my Dad's), a foul hooked dusky shark (my Dad's), an Atlantic Sharpnose (my sister's), and two sting rays. Although we didn't catch any tarpon, it was still a fun trip.
