We're at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at the Disneyland Resort giving you an honest hotel tour & review. Since it's one of the newer hotels near Disneyland and is classified as a Deluxe Resort on the Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel list, we decided to check it out for ourselves.
The staff here are AMAZING but the hotel is a little further than we'd like from the Disneyland Maingate. Watch as we weigh the pros and cons of this resort in this honest hotel review.
Note: this video is for the Anaheim Resort Convention Centre location at 100 W Katella Avenue.

Since this hotel is over a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, we recommend you save your steps for the park. An Uber or Lyft will run you about $5-7 bucks each way, or you can take the Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) bus which is $6 per adult or $2.50 per child for a one day pass. Anaheim Resort Transportation 2000 NABI 40-LFW LNG #2107
Here is a footage of Anaheim Resort Transportation 2107 on the 1. Apparently, little did I knew before back then that OCTA's 2000 NABI 40-LFW LNGs were eventually no longer visible around Orange County after OCTA retired all of them. However, I was wrong and it turned out that a couple of their LNG NABIs would end up getting a second chance at ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation). It feels great to see these NABIs alive in the city of the Anaheim, given that they are now only common in Anaheim and serve many places including the Happiest Place on Earth, aka Disneyland. In addition, these buses are the only LNG NABIs in SoCal after Santa Monica Big Blue Bus got rid of their 2002 NABI 40-LFW LNGs (powered by Series 50 G engines and Allison B400R 6 Speed transmissions) last year and little is known, but it can be assumed, that their NABIs survived after retirement. And the HVAC system on 2107 sounded interesting; more like the style of a C40LF from LA Metro.

I stayed at the Clarion Hotel on Convention way, less than a mile away from Disneyland!
This is a trek from Disneyland with my scooter traveling along the Harbor Blvd sidewalk to the Clarion Hotel!
If you plan to stay at the Clarion this will show you how long it takes to reach the Clarion from Disneyland and you can see the route I take for yourself along Harbor Blvd!

Experience Embassy Suites Anaheim South February 2015: What a great place to stay! Two room suites, free made-to-order breakfast and complimentary drinks! I like the sound of the waterfall and sitting next to the Koi Pond at breakfast. The chef made my omelet perfectly and I was off for a wonderful day wandering in Anaheim at Downtown Disney and The Anaheim GardenWalk.

Pluses:
The rooms were nice and spacious, the front desk staff was awesome, we ate at the restaurant there on site and it was great and the prices were very reasonable. The breakfast was a very nice spread.
Close to Free Disney shuttle (walking distance) Nice breakfast every morning. Friendly staff also greeting you when you arrive & leave. Very comfortable rooms.
Minuses:
There is nothing we didn't like except a deeper pool but that's only because my children are 5'9 and 6 foot tall.
Hotel staff did not advise regarding the free shuttle to Disney and tried to sell tickets to another bus option.
Clarion Anaheim Hotel Trek - Disneyland - 2015
When I was at Disneyland in August 2015 I stayed at the Clarion Anaheim Hotel and I would ride my Scooterchair down Harbor Blvd to Disneyland!

(X-MAS SPECIAL) Anaheim Resort Transportation (Ex-OCTA) 2001 NABI 40-LFW LNG #2342
Merry Christmas everyone! For being great supporters of my channel, I decided to give you guys a special gift of a ride along of a soon to be retired bus!
In this video, after taking the 460 down to Disneyland, I took a ride on a ART NABI 40-LFW LNG as I wanted to ride at least one of these units before they are retired in 2020 due to ART ordering electric buses. I rode 2342, a 2001 model with a newer headsign, on the Grand Plaza Line from Disneyland to the Anaheim Convention Center. When I boarded this bus, I was about to pay the full $4 fare (which is twice the amount of OCTA’s single ride fare!), but then the driver was kind enough to let me pay only $1 since she thought I was younger; another bonus was that I was the only passenger for the entire trip so I was able to hear the engine very well, especially with the AC unit turned off in this unit. While I got most of the ride along, my iPhone unexpectedly stopped recording just before I got off at the Convention Center, but I was still able to get a good few minutes of action! I hope you guys enjoy this Christmas special and I hope you guys have a happy holidays!
