Everest Base Camp Trek in Nepal
How to prepare for Everest Base Camp Trek.
OMG this area is known as short treak for Nepali's ...Annapurna Circuit
If you love trekking and want to experience the most famous mountain range in the world - The Himalayas firsthand, the best way to begin your adventure is to hike the trails of Annapurna Range - located near the city of Pokhara (200 km/125 miles from Kathmandu). The loop trail to Poon Hill - the popular view point via lush green forests and little, cozy mountainous villages of Ulleri, Ghorepani, Tadapani and Ghandruk offers absolutely breathtaking views of the Himalayan snowy peaks (if the weather permits of course). It's very easy to get to the start point from Pokhara and once you've started, you can give yourself as much time as you need - there are literally hundreds of guest houses along the way where you may stay overnight.
The loop trail to Poon Hill - the popular view point via lush green forests and little, cozy mountainous villages of Ulleri, Ghorepani, Tadapani.
Don't forget:
waterproof jacket
good trekking shoes
sunscreen
sunglasses
water bottle (in some places you can only refill water, no plastic bottles available to buy)

Solo Trekking in Nepal Himalayas - Tsho Rolpa Lake Trek
Solo Rolwaling Valley Trek to Tsho Ropla Lake (4580m) in November 2019 in Nepal. Thanks so much for watching this video and checking out my channel! It's a first for me creating this kind of video where I take out dialogue and narration altogether.
I'd like to mention Kraig Adams ( for the confidence to go for this level of slow paced film after watching his trek films - highly recommend his stuff if you enjoy this style of film.
This trek to Tsho Rolpa was my first ever experience properly trekking alone, and it was originally going to be something completely different as I was going to do this trek with a group of people. Because people were unable to come, I decided to go down the route of creating a meditative film about the trekking experience.
It was a pretty tough trek, although the individual days weren't very long distance-wise. I had over 3000m of elevation gain up to 4580m, and it was my first time staying over 4000m for an extended period of time.
I also vlogged each day of the trek, and I will also release a vlog series showing my journey in more detail.
It's an incredible area and I bumped into only a few tourists in the whole trek, which is one of the reasons I chose this trek. It is well worth getting out to different parts of the Himalayas other than Annapurna and Everest as there is so much more to see, and I feel being alone and not surrounded by tourists is the best way to experience these mountains and take in the natural beauty of the area.
I hope you enjoyed this video - I really enjoyed creating it and hope to do more of these kinds of videos, but also will be releasing more culture and people-focused content over the coming months as I try to pursue my documentary project too.
Please let me know what you think in the comments and ask any questions about the trek or about how I filmed it - thanks so much for watching and subscribe if you enjoyed watching.

Darchula kaa lamba Road - Mt. API BASE CAMP and KALI Dhungaa Trekking Farwest NEPAL
#darchula #farwest #apibasecamp #nepal
This is our journey to the remote Darchula's Api Base Camp. This april, we trekked to the lesser known Base Camp of Nepal inside the Api Nampa Conservation Area.
And man, it was a tough trek. Although a short distance, the uphills, drastic altitude changes and the landscape made the trek super hard and tiring. But, the people, the culture and the views we witnessed during the trip made it all worthwhile.
P.S. we had drone issues again. We've included some so-so drone shots in the video.

BBC Documentary - Living in Nepal #Nomad
BBC Documentary - Living in Nepal
In this first episode, Kate travels to south west Nepal in search of the country's last community of nomads, the Raute people. Almost all of the Raute population has already settled in Nepal and India - just one group of 140 people remain living as nomads. These hunter-gatherers still move camp every few weeks through the steeply wooded hills and mountains in one of the poorest countries on the planet. Life for this last Raute group is increasingly tough, as they face pressure to settle from Nepal's government and hostility from the farmers on whose land they camp.
The Raute are famously private, and it proves a difficult task for Kate to get to know them. At the beginning they are wary, only engaging with her to ask for money. With perseverance and a rather unlikely rendition of Old MacDonald, Kate is slowly accepted into this tightly knit and proud community. But it's a demanding and emotional journey as she witnesses them move ever further from their ancient traditions and encounters first hand the hostility that the Raute face from mainstream Nepali society. As she helps them move camp twice, bearing heavy loads up punishingly steep hills, she comes face to face - and almost fist to fist - with the conflicts and contradictions facing Nepal's last nomads.

???? What is 2075, HOW ARE YOU NEPAL ? ????
I left France at the end of Septembre 2018. When I arrived in Nepal two days later, I understood that in Nepal it's already 2075 ???? ...
2075, HOW ARE YOU NEPAL is a documentary series divided in 5 episodes, about 20 minutes each. The project shows my encounters with the little monks of Nyingma Palyul Buddhist School, where I got the opportunity to live and teach English ???? .
Also, the project depicts my trip across the country, asking questions about Nepali education, progress, Buddhism, through my encounters and thoughts.
From Buddhist school to monasteries, from remotes villages to Katmandu city, from Vipassana meditation to a Himalayan trek... let's meet 2075's Nepal !!
▶ 2075, HOW ARE YOU NEPAL ? is a self-produced and non-profit project. I also made it to support the children of Nyingma Palyul Budhist School and Palden, the great school's current manager, making them more visible on internet.
All along the year, Palden is searching for new volunteers and sponsors. If you want to be part of the adventure and teach as a volunteer or support Palden's school, click here : helpx.net/host.asp?hostID...

Kathmandu Nepal - Travel VLOG
Kathmandu is a cool place in Nepal, South Asia. it's an old style south Asian city, the infrastructure is not very good but still, you can find many places to hang out and enjoy your day. be very careful while dealing with shopkeepers, taxi drivers and people who sell anything on the streets of Kathmandu, when they see you are a foreigner, they'll tell 10 times higher prices for the thing, you should know the actual price in advance in order to deal with this.
