Aspen Grove Waterfall Hike
Aspen Grove is one of the major trailheads for Mount Timpanogos in Utah County near Provo. We hiked up to play at the waterfalls about a mile up the trail. It was a ton of fun with water, rocks, fall colors, and caterpillars.

Wisdom Teeth Removal in Provo Ut: Jack's Daughter | Utah Surgical Arts
Wisdom Teeth Removal in Provo Ut: Jack's Daughter | Utah Surgical Arts -
Third molars, also known as wisdom teeth, usually come in between the ages of 17 and 25 and are the last molars to grow and develop. Often, there is not enough space for these teeth to come in properly, which can lead to impaction and other dental issues. An oral and maxillofacial surgeon may need to remove your third molars in Provo, UT, if there is not enough room in your mouth to accommodate them. Removal is often recommended before any oral health problems occur, and it is a common procedure at our office in Provo, UT. In addition to preventing any oral health problems, proactive removal at a younger age (15–17) may significantly reduce the surgical complications that can arise during third molar extraction in older patients. Having your molars removed at an earlier stage of the tooth’s development makes for a smaller tooth that is easier to extract and results in a smoother recovery for the patient.
Dr. David A. Park practices the expanded scope of maxillofacial surgery, which includes placement of dental implants, extraction of wisdom teeth, removal of pathology, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma and reconstructive surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, and sleep disorder/apnea surgery. Dr. Park has staff privileges at various hospitals to perform these procedures.
My name is Jack, I’m from Highland Utah. My daughter came to see Dr. Park because she needed her wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Park really helped my daughter feel at home with the surgery, she was really nervous coming in, by explaining the procedure to her and helping her to know that everything would be okay and really put her mind at ease before she had the surgery. Her procedure went really well, in fact her recovery was very quick and she was back to her normal activities within a really short time. Dr. Park was unlike any other doctor that we’ve seen; he showed a lot of personal care, which we’ve never really experienced in a doctor before, and to us that extra personal touch and going that extra mile really made a difference for us. I would highly recommend Dr. Park; his personality, the way he made my daughter feel comfortable, and then his after procedure support was amazing, we would highly recommend him. In fact, we have 3 other children and we anticipate all 3 coming to Dr. Park down the road.

SUMMARY
=======
Salt Lake City (often shortened to Salt Lake and abbreviated as SLC) is the capital and the most populous municipality of the U.S. state of Utah. With an estimated population of 190,884 in 2014, the city is the core of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, which has a population of 1,153,340 (2014 estimate). Salt Lake City is further situated within a larger metropolis known as the Salt Lake City–Ogden–Provo Combined Statistical Area. This region is a corridor of contiguous urban and suburban development stretched along an approximately 120-mile (190 km) segment of the Wasatch Front, comprising a population of 2,423,912 as of 2014. It is one of only two major urban areas in the Great Basin (the other is Reno, Nevada).
The world headquarters of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) is located in Salt Lake City. The city was originally founded in 1847 by Brigham Young, and other followers of the church, who were seeking to escape religious persecution in the mid-western United States. The Pioneers, as they would come to be known, at first encountered an arid, inhospitable valley that they then extensively irrigated and cultivated, thereby establishing the foundation to sustain the area's large population of today. Salt Lake City's street grid system is based on the north-south east-west grid plan developed by early church leaders, with the Salt Lake Temple constructed at the city's center.
Due to its proximity to the Great Salt Lake, the city was originally named Great Salt Lake City; however, the word great was dropped from the official name in 1868 by the 17th Utah Territorial Legislature.Immigration of international members of the church, mining booms, and the construction of the first transcontinental railroad initially brought economic growth, and the city was nicknamed the Crossroads of the West. It was traversed by the Lincoln Highway, the first transcontinental highway, in 1913. Two major cross-country freeways, I-15 and I-80, now intersect in the city. Salt Lake City has developed a strong outdoor recreation tourist industry based primarily on skiing, and hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics. It is the industrial banking center of the United States.
