This was behind the Auburn, Cord, Duesenberg Museum. Some cool cars and other stuff. Well worth the visit. It is extra cost, because it's run by someone else... I think, but still worth it.
Keep an eye on my comping up videos, as I did a trip to Ohio, and did a ton of Christmas tours... including the Christmas Story House. Went to a lot of neat places!

2018 Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival Parade of Classics
I've been to hundreds and hundreds of events of all kinds all over the state of Indiana while covering these events for AroundIndy.com, but I've never seen anything quite like the amazing Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival in Dekalb County, Indiana (north of Fort Wayne).
2018 marks the 62nd ACD festival. But this year was my *first* ever visit to this remarkable event featuring hundreds of antique and classic automobiles on display in Eckhart Park in Auburn, Indiana, followed by an amazing and impressive Parade of Classics. And then to see them all assembled around the Dekalb County Courthouse in downtown Auburn was special. There were a couple of vehicles valued at over $1 million, and numerous ones valued in the $250-$500 thousand range!
I saw license plates on these vehicles from all over America: Maine to California, Oregon to North Carolina, and everywhere in between. A few were driven in, most were shipped or trailered in from all over the United States! The ACD enthusiasts are truly a unique brand of dedicated car owners!
This video documents just a few of the hundreds of beautiful and historic vehicles that took part in the Parade of Classics on Saturday, September 1, 2018. If you've never been, you simply must go next year to the festival's 63rd annual show! It's always held on Labor Day Weekend.
This video was shot on Cedar Street in Auburn, but it should be called Memory Lane because it was definitely a memorable trip back to the glory days of the American automobile!
(And before anyone jumps me, I've been to the Carmel Artomobilia Weekend near Indianapolis and it likewise is way cool. But this event has an entirely different and unique vibe to it.)

Auburn Indiana Car Museum Visit - Music by Michael Pageau
On our trip down to Texas, we stopped over in Auburn Indiana to visit some of the Car Museums. If you like vintage cars, this is worth the drive. The first part is in the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum. They don't make them like that anymore. The second part is in the National Auto and Truck Museum just next door.
Music is by my son Michael Pageau. Thanks
