São Miguel island in Açores visit 2015.07
Beautiful island for many activities even it is small (60km e/w, 15km s/n), hiking, dolphin/whale watching, dozens of beach, biking, diving, surf, hot springs, paragliding, kayaking. Nature view will supply several lakes, mountains, Atlantic ocean, many kind of birds. Capital Ponta Delagada is a modern city, big shopping mall for everything, parking everywhere but not free (for example, we spend 8€ for whole day parking). High way almost surround the island, 90-100Kph always possible. 4 hours from Paris with SATA airline, the only airline available now (maybe easyjet after but no direct flight), Açores has 9 islands, between them can be by SATA plains or boats. Enjoy summer or anytime here!

Finding my own PARADISE on São Miguel Island, Portugal
São Miguel Island, the biggest island in the Portuguese Azores archipelago, is MAGICAL! Days 2 and 3 on Sao Miguel were incredible - lots of gratitude and cat love in this video and even a hilarious traffic jam. Places featured: Lagoa do Fogo, Our Lady of Peace Chapel, Lagoa do Congro, Caldeira Velha Hot Springs and Waterfall, Miradouro do Pico viewpoint, and the cat gardens: Miradouro da Ponta do Sossego and Miradouro da Ponta da Madrugada.
