Bucharest In Your Pocket - National Bank (Banca Natională a României)
The unmistakably neoclassical exterior of the National Bank of Romania (BNR). stands on the site of one of the most famous buildings in Romania: the Hanul Serban Voda, which from 1678 until 1883 was the home of various things, from a pub, to an inn to a dormitory for a nearby girl's school. After two fires gutted the building, however, the land was levelled and in 1883 work began on the BNR, completed to the designs of French architects Cassien Bernard and Albert Galleron in 1885. Built in a French, Neo-Classical style, the building boasts a facade with Corinthian columns, and an enormous central banking hall. The passing of time has seen the building become rather hemmed in, but it remains a classic worthy of admiration.

Palatul CEC București / CEC Palace Bucharest - Hyperlapse
The CEC Palace in Bucharest, Romania, was built in 1900 on Calea Victoriei, opposite the National Museum of Romanian History, as a new headquarters for Romania's oldest bank, the public savings institution Casa de Depuneri, Consemnațiuni și Economie, later known as C.E.C. and nowadays CEC Bank.
All according to wikipedia:
Music: Bach - Cello Suite No.1 in G - Prelude
Around 450 shots in total (all on manual except the intervals) on a perfect day to shoot a #timelapse. Overcast with a constant light during the entire shot. The area is highly populated with tourists from all over the world. I had to stop it once because of a bus full of tourists unloading just in front of my camera. If you watch in HD, this can be seen on the clock.

Little Paris of the East - Bucharest between the two World Wars
Little Paris of the East - Bucharest between the two World Wars
Micul Paris - București între cele două războaie mondiale
Bucharestis the capital city, cultural, industrial, and financial centre of Romania. It is the largest city in Romania, located in the southeast of the country and lies on the banks of the Dâmbovița river.
Bucharest was first mentioned in documents as early as 1459.
In the period between the two World Wars, the city's elegant architecture and the sophistication of its elite earned Bucharest the nickname of the Little Paris of the East (Micul Paris).
The name of Bucur has an uncertain origin: tradition connects the founding of Bucharest with the name of Bucur who was either a prince, an outlaw, a fisherman, a shepherd, or a hunter, according to different legends.

La Pas in Bucuresti. Centrul Vechi matinal/Walking Bucharest, Old Town almost morning

Primul magazin Tike a fost deschis in Belgrad in 2016.

La Pas in Bucuresti, Strada Lipscani in Centrul Vechi/Walking Bucharest, Lipscani Street, Old Town
