Friends of Christian Garcia remembered him as a nice kid that everybody liked, saying he'd do anything for anybody.

Santa Fe Shooter Engaged In Police Gun Battle
An official told The New York Times, the gunman who fatally shot 10 people at his Texas high school on Friday exchanged gunfire with police for roughly 15 minutes before surrendering. The suspected shooter is 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis. authorities said he had intended to kill himself but apparently lacked the courage.
County Judge Mark Henry told the newspaper on Saturday, He decided to chicken out of that and came out with his hands up. The investigator said there were a lot of shell casings from both sides.
Pagourtzis is being held in the Galveston County Jail without bond on a capital murder charge.

Operation Drake: Body Scrubbing and a Hike to Santa Fe, 1970s - Film 49240
One of the Young Explorers, having apparently turned 21, finds herself the victim of a prank, in which she was painted with some substance that won't come off her body. A 21 is written on her forehead, war paint streaks around her face, and her knees seem to have been targeted, too. She eventually tries to use a powder cleaner with bleach directly upon her skin(!), scrubbing with a large bristled handbrush. This goes on for nearly five minutes. Everyone makes choices in life. Later, a shot from a vehicle comes across the Young Explorers and their National Guard escorts. A man sprints from the truck to hug two of the female Young Explorers. He appears to be the life of the party. What appears to be a lieutenant from the Guardia Nacional also appears and chats. The gang sets off down the road, walking, based on a roadway sign, toward Santa Fe. In a village (Santa Fe?), some of the men sit shirtless on steps, smoking cigarettes.

Based loosely on Puccini's La Boheme, Jonathan Larson's RENT follows a year in the life of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive and create in New York's Lower East Side, under the shadow of HIV/AIDS. The physical and emotional complications of the disease pervade the lives of Roger, Mimi, Tom, and Angel. Maureen deals with her chronic infidelity through performance art; her partner, Joanne, wonders if their relationship is worth the trouble. Benny has sold out his Bohemian ideals in exchange for a hefty income and is on the outs with his former friends. Mark, an aspiring filmmaker, feels like an outsider to life in general. How these young bohemians negotiate their dreams, loves, and conflicts provides the narrative thread to this ground-breaking musical.

Seasons of Love is a song from the Broadway musical Rent, written and composed by Jonathan Larson. The song starts with an ostinato piano motif, which provides the harmonic framework for the cast to sing Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes (the number of minutes in a non-leap Gregorian calendar year). The main instruments used throughout the song are piano, vocals, guitar, organ, bass and drums.
The song is performed by the entire cast in the musical and in the 2005 film of the same name. The lyrics ask what the proper way is to quantify the value of a year in human life, concluding in the chorus that the most effective means is to measure in love. Since four of the lead characters of Rent have HIV or AIDS, the song is often associated with World AIDS Day and AIDS awareness.

Daily Upload 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 13842
The Hyundai Santa Fe is split into two body styles, each with two trim levels. The short wheelbase Sport is available in Base and 2.0T forms while the long wheelbase is available in GLS and Limited trims. All models come standard as front-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive is an option across the board.
The Santa Fe Sport is available with one of two different engines. Both are mated to a 6-speed automatic. The standard engine is a 2.4L 4-cylinder making 190 horsepower. This engine is more powerful than the 4-cylinder options from many of the rivals from Toyota, Ford and GMC. Despite this, it produces best in class fuel economy, rated at 22 mpg city and an astonishing 33 mpg on the highway. The Santa Fe Sport 2.0T is powered by a turbocharged 4-cylinder making 264 horsepower. With power equivalent to or better than many of the V6 engines in its class, the Santa Fe Sport 2.0T still returns 21 mpg city and 31 mpg highway, again bettering most small SUVs.
The long wheelbase Santa Fe comes standard with a 3.3L V6 which produces 290 hp. Once again power and fuel economy compare positively to most of its rivals. The Santa Fe accomplishes this feat with a combination of slippery aerodynamics, light weight, a 6-speed transmission and state of the art direct injection on all of its engines.
The Santa Fe has plenty of standard equipment. Even the cheapest Sport model still comes with features such as air conditioning, a tilt/telescoping steering wheel with integrated stereo controls, second row ventilation, power lumbar support, a trip computer and outside thermometer, cruise control, keyless entry, a 6-speaker AM/FM/CD/MP3 player, a 3-month subscription to Sirius XM satellite radio and Bluetooth connectivity.
Buyers opting for the Sport 2.0T get the more powerful engine along with additional exterior features such as 19-inch wheels, fog lights, heated mirrors, automatic headlight control and a windshield wiper de-icer. Inside the 2.0T differs from base models with the inclusion of a leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, a color LCD screen in their gauge cluster, an 8-way power adjustable and heated front seat and a compass.
The long wheelbase Santa Fe GLS comes very similarly equipped to the base Sport, though with a much bigger engine and 3-row seating. Notable differences include standard fog lamps and 18-inch wheels on the GLS. Likewise Santa Fe Limited models echo many of the features of the 2.0T though the Limited is better equipped with additions including dual zone climate control, heated second row seats, a leather interior, a power adjustable front passenger seat, a power rear liftgate, a rearview camera, an uprated audio system and an auto dimming rearview mirror.
All Santa Fe models come with plenty of safety equipment. Acceleration is monitored by a traction control system, while braking is aided by 4-channel anti-lock brakes featuring electronic brake distribution. Airbags are plentiful with front, side and roof mounted airbags as well as a driver's knee airbag. Seatbelt pretensioners, an anti-theft system and a tire pressure monitoring system round out the Santa Fe's safety features.

STORYLINE:
A US consulate employee and her husband were shot to death on Saturday in the drug-plagued Mexican city of Ciudad Juarez, officials said.
The American couple were attacked in their car near the Santa Fe International bridge linking Ciudad Juarez with El Paso, Texas, a spokesman for Chihuahua state prosecutors'' office said.
Their baby was found unharmed in the back seat.
The state prosecutors'' office spokesman estimated the child was about one year old.
The dead couple were 35-year-old consular employee Lesley A. Enriquez, and her 34-year-old husband, Arthur H. Redelf, according to Robert Cason, Redelf''s stepfather.
Redelf was a detention officer with the El Paso County Jail, Cason said.
A third person with ties to the American consulate was killed over the weekend, according to officials.
The White House said the husband of a Mexican employee also died on Saturday, apparently in a separate shooting.
Mexican authorities had no information on that slaying.
US President Barack Obama expressed outrage over the killings, and Mexican President Felipe Calderon promised a swift investigation.
Several US citizens have been killed in Mexico''s drug war, most of them people with family ties to Mexico.
However, it is rare for American government employees to be targeted.
The three died during a particularly bloody weekend in Mexico, with nearly 50 people killed in apparent drug-gang violence.
Nine people were killed in a gang shootout early Sunday in the Pacific resort city of Acapulco, one of Mexico''s spring break attractions.
