Miss USSR UK
The only international annual beauty contest among Ex-USSR ladies, whom reside and aspire to their goals in the United Kingdom.
Why Miss USSR -- because contestants are from all 15 post soviet countries. Why UK -- because the pageant is based in the United Kingdom. The best and the most beautiful ladies from post-USSR countries will present themselves and represent their beauty, talent and charisma.
Pageant Structure
The event project consists of five steps: online application, photo castings in established London venues, online voting, Miss Country semi final and the main Final event, involving thousands of guests, participants, communities and media representatives from post USSR.
The competition will be open to ladies aged between 18-30 and can be of any and all ethnic backgrounds that hail from any post soviet country.
We will be looking for girls that embody Miss USSR-UK core attributes of beauty, talent and charisma from all walks of life and professions.

Miss USSR UK - это проект - конкурс красоты среди молодых девушек из 15 стран, таких как: Россия, Украина, Беларусь, Латвия, Литва, Эстония, Молдавия, Казахстан, Армения, Азербайджан, Кыргызстан, Грузия, Узбекистан, Татарстан, Таджикистан.
Все конкурсы по странам и финальный конкурс среди всех представительниц из 15 стран проходят в Лондоне (Великобритания) - отсюда и название Miss USSR UK.
Проект включает в себя кастинги, финалы по странам и длится на протяжении года, где завершается финальным конкурсом. В финал попадают две девушки из каждой страны. Таким образом, за титул и корону Miss USSR UK будут бороться в финале 30 девушек.

So these veniks (oak leaf bundles) are used to drive the super heated steam which come out from the stove, we drive it down on the body of the (client) and in this time your body temperature goes up and your blood vessels expand and you have (pauses), your blood pressure drops, at the same time your heart is pumping much harder than normal.

After the treatment you come out and you jump into the cold plunge. The cold plunge it's got an opposite effect. So the blood vessels contract and the blood pressure heats up so it's a really good cardiovascular exercise.
