OVER 1,000,000 VIEWS on Facebook. Tatler UK hosted the video which has now been shared by Conde Naste Traveller and British GQ. Lots of fun to make, although surprisingly few cocktails actually drunk. We were too busy filming to actually enjoy the drinks. singapore bar stories - barskool cocktail recipe
Paula Kalini and Tara Elizabeth are our hosts for Singapore as they walk us through this unforgettable tour. Our first stop is Nektar, where they flambé, blend, caramelize and ignite ingredients to make their Nektar Club and Bellini cocktails. They also teach us how to make an ice sphere. Next is the sickest bar in the world, the Clinic. This medical theme bar may make you squeamish with their Blood Transfusion and Oral Me cocktails. Appropriately named, Fine Spirits is our next stop, because that is all that they serve. Here we sample the Violet Flower Martini. Then we discover one of the most difficult bars to find in Singapore is Bar Stories which is located in a back alley. They are
known for making cocktails as requested by flavor. Here they make us the Caramel Whiskey Sour and Lemongrass Margarita, popular favorites for the indecisive. Our final stop is on top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, overlooking all of Singapore, at the Ku De Ta. They make us their Wasabi Mary.

Inside Native Bar Singapore
Native bar in Singapore made its debut in 2017 onto both Asia's 50 Best Bars and The World's 50 Best Bars lists. Founder Vijay Mudaliar, one of Asia's leading bartenders, talks us through the concept of the bar and its signature cocktails.
Still in his twenties, Mudaliar has already received a host of accolades, including Bartender of the Year at The Bar Awards 2017 and Most Creative Cocktail Bar for Native. Taking inspiration from the local and regional landscape, Native serves cocktails with foraged ingredients from jasmine blossom to turmeric leaves to crunchy ants, with many products found just metres from the bar. In little more than a year, Native has quickly become one of the most exciting cocktail bars on one of the world’s most thriving cocktail scenes – Singapore.
