Belfast and the Best of Northern Ireland
Rick Steves' Europe Travel Guide | We start in bustling Belfast's City Hall and Ulster Museum, then head out to Northern Ireland's favorite resort: Portrush, along the Antrim Coast, where we taste-test Irish whiskey, scramble over some six-sided geology in the Giant's Causeway, drop in on a world-class golf course, and stomp our feet to some traditional music.

2017-07-13 Tom Russell Live in Zurich - Up in the old hotel
This is a new song from Tom's next CD out in September 2017 called Folk Hotel
Tom Russell - Vocals, Guitar
Max de Bernardi - Lead Guitar
Before Tom flies back to the USA to present his new album to his audience in USA, England and Ireland, we had the honour to have a preview live in Switzerland. Tom is accompanied at this warm-up gig by the great Max de Bernardi, an exceptional blues guitar player from Milano. Those who know Tom Russell and have experienced him live, know that he is perhaps the best roots-songwriter after Bob Dylan. On his new album Folk Hotel, recorded in Austin, Texas, to be released at the end of August 2017, the 64 year old singer tells stories based on his memories of the Chelsea Hotel in New York, his travel from El Paso to Santa Fe and the life in Belfast, Ireland.
