Big Al's Security Guard Testimony | Part 1 | Open Carry Trial PT #18 | OnTheMoveShow
Welcome to On The Move with Mack Worley. Please Subscribe! In this video, the witness starts out being questioned outside of the presence of the jury. The witness was the security guard for Big Al's bowling alley, which by the way, has a bar and serves alcohol and could hardly be considered a family fun center anymore than a restaurant could; however, he gives his version of events. Mack's lawyer tries to find out the events that led up to Big Al's being put on lockdown status and in what circumstances the security company allows for lockdown measures. It is clear that the standard of anytime there possibly could be a threat is lower than that of reasonable suspicion and probable cause; thus, the lockdown at Big Al's should not be used as evidence of any wrong doing on Mack's part. This is witness number two that testifies that Mack had no threatening actions and that the only thing the witness was concerned about was the simple fact that Mack was armed, which is not illegal. This is also the second witness to say that they would feel more comfortable if it was an openly carried pistol, which, in the eyes of the law, there is no difference between a pistol and a rifle. Additionally, pistols can kill just as easily as a semi-automatic AR-15s and are involved in vastly more homicides every year than rifles according to FBI statistics. It is important to note that Mack did not enter Big Al's, nor did he have any intention of entering it; he was simply walking across their parking lot to access the public sidewalk. Lastly, Mack did not even know what he was walking toward until he got close enough to clear the trees that were obstructing his vision.
NOTE: Please do not contact or harass this witness. The only reason her identity was revealed was for purposes of transparency and because it is public record, available through FOIA requests.
This trial essentially boiled down to a citizen walking around a city, peacefully asserting his right to keep and bear arms. As far as the jury was concerned, they never saw the police interaction and were never told that Mack even got arrested. Their job was to determine if walking around with an AR-15 in public, without touching it or being threatening to others, was a violation of RCW 9.41.270 ( Weapons apparently capable of producing bodily harm—Unlawful carrying or handling, which it clearly is not. Washington is an open carry state, Mack was not threatening anyone (the Prosecution admitted that in this video: and it is arguable that any alarm that was created was a direct result of the police's weapons drawn arrival (

Bowling Alley Lockdown | Security Guard | Part 3 | Open Carry Trial PT #23 | OnTheMoveShow
Welcome to On The Move with Mack Worley. Please Subscribe! In this video, a Security Guard at Big Al's Bowling Alley describes his point of view on the day in question. It should be noted that the bowling alley laughingly refers to itself as a family fun center, when it sells alcoholic beverages at a bar and has paid security guards to keep violence from erupting and people from doing drugs in the parking lot. It should also be noted that Mack did not know it was a bowling alley until he got close to it and then expressed (on video) that he didn't want to enter it. Lastly, none of Mack's behavior, described by the Security Guard, was illegal, nor did it warrant them locking down the building. The building was put on lockdown, because the guard was under trained and overreacted.

Guard Doesn't Know Weapons Policy | Part 4 | Open Carry Trial PT #24 | OnTheMoveShow
Welcome to On The Move with Mack Worley. Please Subscribe! In this video, the Security Guard at Big Al's Bowling Alley cannot answer what the weapons policy is for the business that he is paid to protect. This is relevant, because the reason he placed the bowling alley on lockdown was merely due to the fact that Mack had a firearm as he passed through the parking lot. The building was put on lockdown, because the guard was under trained and overreacted. The city of Vancouver was using the fact the bowling alley went into lockdown as evidence that Mack created alarm; however, the security company's standard of locking down a building anytime there is a potential threat does not meet the legal standard of creating alarm and shouldn't have been admissible in court.

Enslavement of America
NDAA - On New Years Eve, 2011 (When nobody was paying attention), Nazi Obama passed the NDAA (Nation Defense Authorization Act), a cute little name for the admission of our own military to enact on American soil to detain and/or KILL American citizens, WITHOUT A TRIAL OR REASON!!! This is incredibly unconstitutional, and the very definition of Hitler himself.
When I see arrogant people actually cheering for Obama, I'm royally disgusting at their lack of knowledge and complete arrogance.
I believe Ron Paul was our last chance to restore America

Mosul celebrates first anniversary of defeat of IS
(11 Jul 2018) Hundreds of people celebrated in Mosul on Tuesday night to mark one year since Iraqi officials claimed victory over Islamic State in the city.
People danced in the street and military officials raised the Iraqi flag
Life has mostly returned to normal in Mosul over the past year, but celebrations were muted by the fact that large parts of the city's west, where fighting was the heaviest, still lie in ruins.
Public services have been restored only intermittently and many residents have still not been able to return to their homes.

Jury Selection Process Part 3 | Defense | Open Carry Trial PT #10 | OnTheMoveShow
Welcome to On The Move with Mack Worley. Please Subscribe! The trial has begun and we now embark upon the jury selection process. In this video, Mack's attorney, Spencer Freeman, begins questioning the jury pool, so that he may discover which jurors he'd like to remove from the jury panel. Both the defense and prosecution are entitled to remove a specific amount of jurors from the jury after questioning them. Each side has twenty minutes to question the jury. It is important to note that the court does not allow the process of jury nullification to be mentioned; however, being that the law is clearly in Mack's favor, jury nullification wouldn't even be necessary in this case. To get more information on Jury Nullification go here:

How zip codes helped organize America
Zip codes, explained.
Subscribe to our channel!
Zip codes were invented in 1963 to help the United States Postal Service deal with huge increases in mail volume. The Zone Improvement Plan, or “ZIP” code system of addressing, organized mail delivery by dividing the country into 10 regions and assigning five digits increasing in specificity: from region to large sorting centers to smaller post offices. To promote the new system, the USPS released publicity materials featuring Mr. Zip, a cartoon character, and a song about zip codes from a band called The Swingin’ Six.
As the nation grew, the USPS updated zip codes by adding a four-digit suffix in 1983. The new suffix corresponds to specific destinations, such as one side of a street or a certain floor of an office building. Now, geocoding technology has created the possibility of even more specific addressing.
