[4K] Chicago Tour from Tourist Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Illinois USA
Big Bus Tours[1] (formerly Les Cars Rouges and The Big Bus Company), is the largest operator of open top bus sightseeing tours founded in May 2011 after Les Cars Rouges and the Big Bus Company merged. The company operates in 20 cities of 11 countries with more than 150 buses around the world.[2] The United States is the country with the largest number of cities with Big Bus Tours service. Typically, Big Bus Tours use open top double-decker buses in burgundy and cream-coloured livery.
Chicago (/ʃɪˈkɑːɡoʊ/ (About this soundlisten), locally also /ʃɪˈkɔːɡoʊ/), officially the City of Chicago, is the most-populous city in the U.S. state of Illinois and the third-most-populous city in the United States. With an estimated population of 2,705,994 (2018), it is also the most-populous city in the Midwest. Chicago is the county seat of Cook County, the second-most-populous county in the US, and portions of the city extend westward into neighboring DuPage County. It is the principal city of the Chicago metropolitan area, often referred to as Chicagoland. At nearly 10 million people, the metropolitan area is the third-most-populous in the nation.
Located on the shores of freshwater Lake Michigan, Chicago was incorporated as a city in 1837 near a portage between the Great Lakes and the Mississippi River watershed and grew rapidly in the mid-19th century.[7] After the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, which destroyed several square miles and left more than 100,000 homeless, the city made a concerted effort to rebuild.[8] The construction boom accelerated population growth throughout the following decades, and by 1900, Chicago was the fifth-largest city in the world.[9] Chicago made noted contributions to urban planning and zoning standards, including new construction styles (including the Chicago School of architecture), the development of the City Beautiful Movement, and the steel-framed skyscraper.[10][11]

Going into the town red double-decker bus is noticeable. Cradle of modern architecture, called Chicago. The bus ride can look at the buildings' around the inner city alley alley for 2 hours. Once you buy a $ 29 ticket it can be issued several times to ride again. The Pentagon is a big building next to the Merchandise Mart in the United States. This area wider than the palace. The building jyeotdaneun built some time ago is said to shape the lazily flowing river. La broken neck to look up at John Hancock Center is a 100-story high-rise'll even though only fourth in the 344 meters in Chicago. Buildings along the outer wall so high at the time and was able to build a steel frame building went up in 1969 thanks to the X-shaped. Corn building right next to the Chicago River one people, there is a Marina City. This is all caused by Khan Khan home as corn seen as a mixed-use building was built in 1964. Eotneunde not until I dig the underground to the depth of the difficult 19-storey car park next to the river, they also seem hwonhi car parked outside. Reverse parking seems to be scary. Heading East to the Midwest (Pt. 89) - Chicago: Bus Tour By Day
July 16, 2015 - Day two in Chicago, and my first full day, means that it's time for a bus tour! Courtesy of the Chicago Trolley & Double Decker Co., I am taken on a 90 minute hop-on, hop-off tour of downtown Chicago and the nearby environs.
Starting southbound on Michigan Avenue, we pass through the cultural district, including the Chicago Hilton, where Richard Kimble (aka The Fugitive) made his grand re-appearance. Next up are Grant Park and Millennium Park, Solider Field, Lakeshore Drive, and more great views of the Chicago skyline. After skirting Lake Michigan we head back into town along the Chicago River, past Trump Tower, then the John Hancock Tower and Water Tower Place along the Magnificent Mile, Chicago's ritzy shopping district.
We then headed south along Clark Street, back towards the Loop.

Champaign Illinois united states tour
Champaign is a city in Champaign County, Illinois, United States. The city is 135 miles south of Chicago, 124 miles west of Indianapolis, Indiana, and 178 mi northeast of St. Louis, Missouri. The United States Census Bureau estimates the city was home to 84,513 people as of July 1, 2014. Champaign is the tenth-most populous city in Illinois, and the state's fourth-most populous city outside of the Chicago metropolitan area.
Champaign is notable for sharing the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign with its sister city of Urbana. Champaign is also the home of Parkland College which serves about 18,000 students during the academic year. Due to the university and a number of well known technology startup companies, it is often referred to as the hub, or a significant landmark, of the Silicon Prairie. Champaign houses offices for Abbott, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Caterpillar, Deere & Company, Dow Chemical Company, IBM, State Farm, and Intel all of which are Fortune 500 companies, and for Sony.
Champaign was founded in 1855, when the Illinois Central Railroad laid its rail track two miles (3 km) west of downtown Urbana. Originally called West Urbana, it was renamed Champaign when it acquired a city charter in 1860. Both the city and county name were derived from Champaign County, Ohio.
