【泰愛瘋 Fun in Thai】泰國Thailand │ 曼谷 Bangkok │ 藍象廚藝學校 Blue Elephant Cooking School
在泰國皇室，藍是其莊嚴的代表色，象則是泰國的吉祥物。藍象餐廳於1980年建立然後發展至今，在全球已經擁有了12家餐廳、2所廚藝學校和自家的調料生產線。普吉鎮的藍象餐廳不是很好找，許多當地人或許也不知道，也可能是語言溝通障礙吧！後來聽主廚老師說普吉藍象這棟房子以前是普吉潮州會館，外表乳黃色的葡式建築散發著優雅的氣質，內部的張貼牆上述說著藍象的歷史和輝煌。我提前很早就到了，還不是用餐時間，但是整齊的餐桌上依舊布置精緻，彷彿一場豪華宴會即將舉行。在布置雅緻的花園餐廳里吃上自己親手做的泰國大餐，開心不停，幸福就是來的這麼簡單！
