It was 5hr drive from where we live so we could jump into an artic cold water.

A great dive with my son. Filmed with a original GoPro Hero HD at 1080. I'm wearing a 7/5 mm wetsuit and my son wearing a 5 mm full with a 3 mm shorty. Temp was right at 61 degrees, visibility was 100%. We couldn't have asked for a better dive. I did shorten the video. Edited the video using CyberLink Power Director v8 and ProDRENALIN 1.0. I hope you enjoy. FYI there is a geocache here but you need to know how to dive.

Temperature is 61 degrees Fahrenheit
Depth is 81 feet
and it was very clear and blue for us.
Diving is an amazing hobby!

You won't believe some of the amazing authors we meet along our journey. Here in Santa Rosa men are proud to be part of the old dusty deserts of the west. Families and communities spend their lives here encouraging the youth to be proud to be from New Mexico and the United States of America.
We have had the honor to meet one of these great men. Dan Flores, who is an amazing pillar of this community. Dan has spent several years in the academic world, and has written several books about New Mexico and her proud history.
Some of the stories he has are quite amazing, and you should definitely stick around to hear them. This man has a close history with those that knew Billy the Kid. Listen as he tells his story, you won't want to miss some of the amazing things he wants to tell you. We got a monumental hail storm on July 3, 2013. (Do not support youtube ripoffs, this was uploaded by Mike AJ Gallegos) It was paintball size hail that fell for 30 minutes. Nearly every business in town was badly damaged, including ours. Many homes also.
Many areas of Route 66 flooded.
