Coyote in Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park Riverside Ca.
There was a pack of 3 or 4 that I seen near the creek in the southern part of the park, but by the time I got my camera going, only one remained in sight. Canis latrans. American Jackal. Bush Wolf. Prairie Wolf. A Canine species Native everywhere in North and Central America from Panama through all of Mexico, The United States and well up into Canada. Common in urban areas throughout the United States. The name is 100% Mexican coming from the Azteca word Cóyotl. This park is located between Riverside and Moreno Valley California with the main entrance off of Central Avenue. facebook.com/rishayan
Riverside Ca. and San Bernardino Mountains From Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park
This video shows the spectacular view from this public park where you can see most of the mountains surrounding Riverside, including Mount Rubidoux, the San Bernardino National Forest, the snow at Big Bear Lake, Box Springs Mountain Reserve between Riverside and Moreno Valley and the mountains next to Lake Perris State Recreation Area. Sycamore Canyon is a part of City Of Riverside Parks and is a mostly undeveloped natural area with fantastic views of the city and surrounding area. It lies south of Interstate 215 between Riverside and Moreno Valley California next to Canyon Crest and Mission Grove neighborhoods, with parking and main entrance off of Central avenue. The cities website provides almost no information whatsoever on the park, but I can tell you it is excellent for mountain biking and hiking and for someone who just wants to get away from all the hustle bustle of southern Californias cities. You can almost pretend that you are a long ways from urban civilisation, but the ever present sound of distant traffic and the sight of the surrounding rich peoples homes on the hilltops remind you that not quite! On foot and by bike you can access the southern end of the park off of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard north of Alessandro, but there is no parking here.
M on Box Spring Mountain For Diego / Moreno Valley 9.22.19
loudlabsmerch.com
MORENO VALLEY (LoudLabs News) - On Saturday night, September 21, 2019, as a community copes with a middle school student in the hospital, in stable but critical condition, the M on Box Springs Mountain became a beacon of hope, the light in the darkness, if you will, for many who live in the city. The M, which typically shines white was shining a bright teal. Many are choosing to believe the change from white to teal was in support of 13 year old Diego and as a stark reminder that bullying must Stop Now. Just one look at the Facebook group Moreno Valley Matters and you can see that the community is really pulling for Diego. However, according to the city's website, the M was scheduled to shine teal on September 21st to bring awareness to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) Awareness Month. It is important to note, that the color blue is actually the national color for anti bullying but no matter what you choose to believe, there is absolutely no mistaking that the M was shining bright over the city as it faces toward Landmark Middle School. One thing is for sure, the people of Moreno Valley are coming together to show their support for Diego.
On Monday afternoon, September 16, 2019, a fight at Landmark Middle School left Diego in critical condition and two other students in juvenile hall on suspicion of assault likely to produce great bodily harm. Students at the school claim Diego was bullied and that violence on campus is an on going issue.
Diego, the community, the County, the State and the Nation are pulling for you!

This Is Downtown RIVERSIDE California
What it looks like downtown in the area of Main and Market streets and University avenue in front of City Hall. There is a pedestrian walkway that extends over to Mission Inn avenue and 6th street. Inland Empire City Of Riverside county seat of Riverside County, State Of California. Located along the Santa Ana River about 97km east of Los Angeles. It is the birthplace of California's citrus industry and the home to the University of California At Riverside. The downtown section appeared to be tranquil and safe to me, with the occasional homeless person here and there. facebook.com/travelamerica1
