Brewery Caracole Plentiful foam, holding well, cream color with tight bubbles and large gas release determine the visual appearance of this brunette. On the nose, it develops a complex fruitiness with a certain sweetness and underlined by notes of mocha, liquorice and anise. Pungent, round and full in the mouth, it exudes a balanced bitterness, prolonged at the end of the mouth where it is accompanied by accents of mocha and licorice.
