Marco Polo locator transponder. Naza-M V2 w/GPS and iOSD. Cobra motors with 10x4.7 carbon fiber props. I've been flying this quad for only a few weeks. All the electronics are from my XProHeli XP2 quad. I have tried several mounting configurations for the gimbal, but still getting vibration when flying forward. Pretty solid video quality when moving in all other directions.

Buffumville Lake is a 200-acre (0.81 km2), 5.2 billion gallon capacity United States Army Corps of Engineers flood control lake project located in Charlton, Massachusetts. The lake and surrounding grounds are open to the public for hiking, boating, fishing, and hunting. A 27-hole frisbee golf course is located next to the lake. Buffumville Lake is managed as a unit with the nearby Hodges Village Dam flood control project.

Charlton fire tower
Images of water-dumping helicopters flying over a burned-out, tornado--ravaged landscape in Brimfield in recent days are what one would expect to see in the western United States, not a small town in Central Massachusetts.
I am in awe of what nature can do every time I go to Brimfield, said state Department of Conservation and Recreation Commissioner Edward M. Lambert Jr. after returning from Brimfield Thursday afternoon.
Mr. Lambert said Wednesday's brush fire in Brimfield has prompted an increased effort to remove downed trees from 600 acres of DCR-operated Brimfield State Forest affected by the tornado even though the fire wasn't there. He said about 9,000 trees have been removed from the state forest and 100-foot-wide fire breaks are being created to make it easier for fire fighting equipment to reach a brush fire. He also said DCR officials plan to meet with Brimfield fire officials to discuss other ways to lessen the fire threat.
John F. Hollows, who spends these days in a 10-by-10 cabin in the DCR's Charlton fire tower atop Little Muggett Hill on H.K. Davis Road, said, Those pictures out of Brimfield are unbelievable.
That tower is 1,075 feet above sea level and is one of three manned DCR towers in Central Massachusetts and 42 across the state.

Today I went out to Buffumville Disc golf course to get a round in to switch things up from borderland. I ended up shooting a bogey free 52 (-6) and smashed my personal best by 4 strokes. I felt very confident in my backhands off the tee and loved the way my game felt today. If I had kept myself mistake free on hole 2 and then cleaned up a few long putts it would be putting me in great positions for professional tournament play. Always improving.

New England Breeze Northwind 100 Installation Time Lapse
On March 31, New England Breeze, LLC installed a Northern Power Northwind 100 wind turbine. The Northwind 100 is a a 100 kw turbine. It has a 21m rotor diameter and a 37 meter tower. The turbine is located on the campus of Nature's Classroom in Charlton, MA. The machine is expected to generate approximately 100,000 kilowatt-hours per year. All of the power will be used on-site.

Built in 1972, the school was upgraded during a 30-month, $74 million renovation project that concluded in 2015. The upgrade was funded by the state and the 10 communities that send students to the school, including Charlton, Auburn, Dudley, N. Brookfield, Oxford, Paxton, Rutland, Southbridge, Spencer and Webster. State-of-art education and a beautiful view!

Today I met up at Buffumville Disc Golf Course with a fan from Arkansas who reached out to me as he was nearby visiting relatives! Scheduling worked out perfectly for us to film a round together and it ended up turning into a great episode! I always enjoy playing at Buff as it’s one of my favorite all time courses. I hope you guys enjoy this episode as much as I did playing and putting it together!

2017 Quabbin Reservoir Fishing
My 2017 mash-up of Quabbin Reservoir Multi-species Fishing Highlights. Targeting everything the lake has to offer, Landlocked Atlantic Salmon, Smallmouth Bass, Lake Trout & Rainbow Trout. Applying a wide range of fishing methods, from trolling to working the foot pedal & casting. Pounding the water around gates 31 and 43. Quabbin Reservoir is the largest body of water in the state and is located in central Massachusetts. It holds many trophy smallmouth bass and is the only body of water in the state that you can boat fish for salmon & lake trout. The 2017 season was an exceptional one for me with lots of big fish. Hartsuff Disc Golf Course in Rockland, MA! - Daily Disc Golf: 089

Today I drove out to Rockland, MA, to play the new 9 hole Hartsuff disc golf course. There was a league this night so I filmed my warmup on the 9 holes that I played blind. It’s a very straight-forward course with some fun technical shots and one bomb over the water on hole 3. Some of the signage wasn’t right as pins were in alternate positions and one of the mandos wasn’t marked on the tee sign as well, I put text to overlay and let you know on those holes. If you’re in the area definitely check this course out as the locals are putting a ton of work into making it a solid course with potential for a full 18!

501 Disc Golf Course! Green Layout! - Daily Disc Golf: 116

Today I played at 501 Disc Golf Course in Warren, MA! We played the Green Layout which is the shorter of the two layouts this course has to offer. I’ll have to come back and play the Blue Layout for another episode sometime this spring! This round was a rollercoaster, but as always we had so much fun and it ended up turning into a great episode! There’s a ton of funny moments and clips to laugh at along the way. Clement Farm Disc Golf Course in Haverhill, MA! - Daily Disc Golf: 078

Today my friend Ian and I drove up to Clement Farm Disc Golf Course in Haverhill, MA! They made a few changes since the last time I was here last year and I really enjoyed every change! There’s a ton of scenic shots and I absolutely love the forest here. The trees are tall and spread out and it has a really cool feel to it. I really hope you guys enjoy this episode because it’s been one of my recent favorites to put together!
