Connecting Solana to Tuguegarao City in Cagayan province, this magnificent picturesque structure is a must to see when visiting Cagayan region. It passes the magnificent Cagayan River.
From three presidents Garcia, Macapagal and Marcos finally was completed around June 1969 and was opened to the public.
