Transforming Ownership to Create a Better Economy | Armin Steuernagel | TEDxZurich
Private ownership of companies drives our economic system but it has also created corporations that put profit above everything else, a divided society and a planet on the brink of destruction. Armin Steuernagel proposes a new way to think about ownership: Steward-ownership replaces executives with leaders who are truly responsible and accountable. It creates an economy where companies are owned by the most able, not by the highest bidder and where a purpose is at the heart of every company’s DNA.
A serial-entrepreneur and author, Armin founded his first business at the age of 16. He is co-founder and managing partner of Purpose Foundation and Purpose Capital. He works to help companies stay mission-driven by transforming the ownership structure: they become steward owned companies. Armin is member of the Club of Rome, TT30, co-founder of the international – NGO Democracy International and co-founder of the Think Tank Neopolis Network.

Latest Rinspeed Concept Vehicles for Retail and More [CES 2020]
CES Las Vegas 2020: Rinspeed’s “MetroSnap” displays an innovative solution for the key question of modular vehicle systems and mobility options. Frank M. Rinderknecht: “The crucial step towards series production has now been taken.”
As the first company in the world, Swiss powerhouse of ideas Rinspeed demonstrated the “Snap” and the “microSNAP” at the CES in Las Vegas in the past two years, vehicles whose chassis and bodies go their own ways. With the revolutionary separation of the two vehicle components, Rinspeed confronts the increasingly diverging life cycles of hardware and software. And by doing so, creates a sustainable foundation for the transport of people and goods in the world of tomorrow.
The future belongs to modular mobility systems. That is evident in the number of imitators in the industry that have picked up Rinspeed’s ingenious idea. However, the systems also have to make economic sense in order to gain broad acceptance. And that is precisely where Rinspeed is now once more taking a crucial step ahead: In the “MetroSnap”, Rinspeed presents a simple, fast, safe and inexpensive swapping system for the vehicle bodies for which the Swiss company has filed for patent protection.
Modular vehicles can help solve a majority of the problems and questions posed by modern mobility that arise as the result of new IT technologies such as autonomous driving and of traffic congestion and the associated inefficiency and air pollution. Due to the flexible use of different vehicle bodies, these vehicles not only reduce the number of tremendously expensive and systemically short-lived automated vehicles, they also satisfy - depending on the time of day and current needs - the different transport requirements of people and goods.
Thanks to the unique swapping system - inspired by aviation, and tried and tested there around the world in all weather conditions - entirely new applications become possible. Among other things, the desired service now comes to the customer quickly and simply, regardless where he or she may be at the time - at home or at work. This can be customer-accessible parcel stations that are dropped off in the customer’s neighborhood for a certain period. Even combinations with a “corner health food shop” are conceivable. Limited business hours, long drives and the endless and unpopular courier caravans are thus things of the past. And quite as an aside: no more unattended packages, no more thefts and failed delivery attempts - and no more associated pollution and traffic burden. And the really great thing about it is: This innovative way of getting parcels to the customer faster and easier can already be used today with a human driver. Parcel stations on wheels, right around the corner.
The world premiere of the “MetroSnap” will be on January 7, 2020, at the CES in Las Vegas. The unusual creation of Swiss mobility visionary Frank M. Rinderknecht is on display on the Osram booth # 8516 in the North Hall of the LVCC (Las Vegas Convention Center / Tech East). In spring 2020, the “MetroSnap” can then be admired at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and at the Geneva Motor Show - professionally staged by Kern advertising and printing agency from Saarland.

The Third Industrial Revolution: A Radical New Sharing Economy
The global economy is in crisis. The exponential exhaustion of natural resources, declining productivity, slow growth, rising unemployment, and steep inequality, forces us to rethink our economic models. Where do we go from here? In this feature-length documentary, social and economic theorist Jeremy Rifkin lays out a road map to usher in a new economic system.
A Third Industrial Revolution is unfolding with the convergence of three pivotal technologies: an ultra-fast 5G communication internet, a renewable energy internet, and a driverless mobility internet, all connected to the Internet of Things embedded across society and the environment.
This 21st century smart digital infrastructure is giving rise to a radical new sharing economy that is transforming the way we manage, power and move economic life. But with climate change now ravaging the planet, it needs to happen fast. Change of this magnitude requires political will and a profound ideological shift.

Quelle der Kraft in der Natur der Schweizer Alpen
Urzeichen der Natur in den Schweizer Alpen. Natural Art Installation zu den Urzeichen der Natur am Sulzbach Wasserfall im Vorauen Klöntal Glarus.
Sound DJ Jackomo
Digital Art Movie Barbara Streiff
Hallo from the Swiss Alps!
You are invited to take part in a world project under the Patronage of the Swiss Commission for UNESCO:
Natural Art Installations around the world will represent the communication that occurs between nature, local places and you, the visitors.
In canyons and gorges, on islands like Cyprus, near the Amazon River in South America, on the West Coast of the USA, up in the Swiss Alps, in the Himalayas, across the African desert, on the steppes of Russia - wherever artists live or want to go in nature to build art with materials from the Earth - all artists and children from 7 to 77+ are invited to celebrate nature through their own spontaneous creativity.
This action is inspired by Aion primal geometry - 10 symbols found in nature - which joins all cultures and religions throughout history and time. We will build symbols from primal geometry using natural elements and materials: stones, earth, water and fire. The symbols include the following: point, circle, parallelogram, cross, spiral, line, triangle, square, lightening bolt, and three points or stars for the cosmos. For example, we might build a cross with wood, a spiral with stones, a circle with fire, or a line with water. We work only with local materials found in nature and with the natural energy of the place. The concept behind the artwork is to save and celebrate nature through our creative acts.
Barbara Streiff is the artist and curator behind this project. She has created exhibitions and installations with Aion pictures and sculptures in many parts of the world already. She invites you to be part of this continuing communicative art action by building installations with the primal symbols wherever you are in the world.
The installations should take place in nature, and photos of the artwork created around the world will be presented on the Website alpswissart.ch.
New Audi e-tron experience center | Grand Opening & Concept Unveil
#Audi collaborating with their division in Amag (Volkswagen Group importer of Switzerland) has just had the grand opening of their Audi e-tron experience center in Zurich, Switzerland. I was invited to have an exclusive look just before everyone gets access tomorrow, the 14th of june.
Here the public will be able to learn about #electric #vehicles and new electric Audi products. This is supposed to be the beginning of many of these kinda pop up locations coming up.
They also brought the Pebble Beach Concept and staged a small unveiling. In general, the interest and atmosphere really spoke for the team that’s behind this and I hope it’s a decisive puzzle piece in transferring the slow swiss citizens to this superior tech.
