Train in Spain - Cycling camps in the Costa Brava. Denia.
Sick of wet & congested roads full of pot holes? Fancy getting on the wheel of your favourite BMC rider?
Well every December to February most of the Pro teams head to the Costa Blanca for their winter training. Why? Well it has some of the best roads in Europe and plenty of sunshine. I must admit I’m a little bit biased as I lived in Denia for a couple years. But that also gives me great insight into why the pros choose to go back year after year. Most of the teams are based in Denia and Calpe which are situated about an hour north of Alicante and an hour south of Valencia. Giving you plenty of flight choices from all over the UK and Europe.
Denia has lots of accommodation options and also a thriving foodie scene for those who enjoy their food as much as their riding. If you need any route advice, cycle hire or some great coffee and cake, head down to Cafe Ciclista in Denia. Where they also run guided tours and training camps at
