My grandpa visited Arizona for the first time in over 25 years! While he was here we went to the Challenger Space Center in Peoria, AZ. We also went to the Meteor crater near Winslow, AZ, that is a super cool place to visit! Then we went to dinner at this place in Flagstaff, AZ called Lumberyard Brewing Company, and it was AMAZING! highly recommended! I'll link the info below! And after we went to Lowell Observatory, I didn't get any footage there but it was really interesting! Unfortunately because of the weather we couldn't do any viewing.. so we will have to go back!

As space fans know, NASA's space shuttle recently had to land in California thanks to the perpetual thunderstorms we get here in the Sunshine State. But if the shuttle is in California, and the launchpad is in Florida ... well, here's your answer. Just mere hours before the Manatees-Miracle game at Space Coast Stadium, we were paid a visit by one rather unusual bird.
Note the aerodynamic cone that covers the shuttle's rocket exhausts, and the additional vertical stabilizers added to the heavily modified 747's tail.

Shirley studied piano with Joan Gilbert and Daniel Fletcher in Memphis, TN and graduated from MSU in Piano Performance. She also has an extensive performance background with various churches in the Phoenix Valley, as well as back east. She accompanied the Marshallette Trio on Doyle Blackwood’s weekly TV show for several years and has also accompanied singers on TBN. She has worked with various studio artists, played many different genres of music and performed in many different settings as an accompanist, and soloist for weddings, lounge music, classical music, church, etc. Shirley is also a member of the Phoenix Music Teacher’s Association and the Music Teacher’s National Association. Her teaching experience includes Music Works Academy, The Institute of Music Education in Scottsdale, and Milano’s Music Studios in Mesa which has compiled 20+ years of experience. Experience includes class setting, as well as private lessons with all ages. In addition to learning songs, many other techniques are used to improve the students’ technical skills and chord/scale knowledge, which will give each student a solid foundation for growth potential. “My goal as your teacher is to enable you to progress and succeed in whatever direction you choose to take your musical adventure, whether that is classical, rock, gospel, jazz, etc.”

A driving cycle is a series of data points representing the speed of a vehicle versus time.
Driving cycles are produced by different countries and organizations to assess the performance of vehicles in various ways, as for example fuel consumption and polluting emissions.
Fuel consumption and emission tests are performed on chassis dynamometers. Tailpipe emissions are collected and measured to indicate the performance of the vehicle.
Another use for driving cycles is in vehicle simulations. More specifically, they are used in propulsion system simulations to predict performance of internal combustion engines, transmissions, electric drive systems, batteries, fuel cell systems, and similar components.
Some driving cycles are derived theoretically, as it is preferred in the European Union, whereas others are direct measurements of a driving pattern deemed representative.
There are two types of driving cycles:
Transient driving cycles involve many changes, representing the constant speed changes typical of on-road driving.
Modal driving cycles involve protracted periods at constant speeds.
The American FTP-75, and the unofficial European Hyzem driving cycles are transient, whereas the Japanese 10-15 Mode and JC08 cycles are modal cycles.
Some highly stylized modal driving cycles such as official European NEDC are designed to fit a particular requirement and bear little relation to real world driving patterns. On the contrary, the forthcoming WLTP is striving to mimic real word driving behavior. The most common driving cycles are probably the WLTP, NEDC, SORDS and the FTP-75, the later corresponding to urban driving conditions solely.
Driving cycle design is the core technology for these standard cycles.[clarification needed] Optimization and Markov chains are employed to design a driving cycle.

While appeals to “The Founders’ Constitution” have played a major role on the modern Right, the concept has meant different things to different parts of the movement. In the legal world, it has been a theory of interpretation of the constitutional text. In the movement, stories about the betrayal of The Founders’ Constitution and calls for its restoration have been used to unite a fractious political coalition by forging a shared political identity. This lecture will consider the implications of recent moves to merge these once separate wings of the contemporary Right for the future of American law and politics.
Ken I. Kersch is Professor of Political Science at Boston College, and a noted scholar of American political and constitutional development and American political thought. Kersch’s work has won major awards and fellowships, including the American Political Science Association's Edward S. Corwin Award, the J. David Greenstone Prize from APSA's politics and history section, and the Hughes-Gossett Award from the Supreme Court Historical Society.
Professor Kersch has published many articles, chapters, and reviews in academic, intellectual, and popular journals. He is currently writing American Political Thought: An Invitation (Cambridge, UK: Polity), and two additional books on conservative constitutional thought in the postwar U.S.
He received his B.A. from Williams College, his J.D. from Northwestern University, and his Ph.D. in government from Cornell University.
