A few friends from Instagram and I went on a roadtrip to the Snowy Mountains one weekend. We hiked up Charlotte Pass, a region within Snowy Mountain at Kosciuszko National Park, for hours to get to the Blue Lake. Mt Kosciuszko Summit Track ride on a Mountain Bike (Charlotte Pass to Rawson Pass Ret)
This is my video of riding the Mt Kosciuszko Summit Track from Charlotte Pass to Rawson pass, the highest point in Australia you can legally take a push bike. The climb was tough but the descent was VERY fast.

Charlottes pass - Perisher - Snowy Mountains Ride - Mt Kosciuszko
From our recent snowy mountains trip, this run had to be my favourite. Long open corners with NO traffic in sight on a clear day. This road goes all the way back to Jindabyne so you get an idea of how perisher valley looks like during the summer. Shot on a Sony HDR-AS30V with skeleton case by my trusty pillion.

Mt Stilwell Walk - Charlotte Pass - Snowy Mountains Australia - Timelapse
If you drive up to Charlotte Pass in the Snowy Mountains (Australia), you can see the main range of mountains, including Mt Kosciuszko - Australia's highest point.'
It's an 18km round trip to walk to the Summit and back.
A nice alternative with spectacular views is the Mount Stilwell walk, which is less than 4 km's return.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF: Mount Kosciuszko Summit Walk
This video is a quick summary of my trip down to Kosciuszko with a few mates!
We successfully completed the 8 hour Charlotte's Pass walk and reached the highest point of Australia, the summit of Mount Kosciuszko. We also saw some cool wind turbines and stayed at a super awesome house with a church next to it.
The leg pains and gains were real, I think I now have a six pack on my calves but it's good to just get out there and explore and test yourself!
Snaps were taken from my phone, camera as well as my mate's drone.
Snowcation day 2: Charlotte Pass
Day 2 of our 4 day holiday in the snow. We started the morning with a drive to Perisher before catching the oversnow transport to our final destination, Charlotte Pass. The snow was soft and the lines were next to nonexistent. Elliot traded in the board for some skis and for the day as we battled the rocks.
